Should I move to D to find work

Hi
I asked if I should move to a foreign city.Here I`m not sure if i should use 9th or 7th ruler but anyway both are ruled by Saturn

Me is in 9th house with a nice aspect to Sun,but Saturn doesn`t look good.
On the other hand Moon will soon make another nice aspect to Mercury.Sounds like waiting some time before going?How long?

I see Moon will later make evil aspect to Saturn

hey I went through your chart. Truly I am weak in describing the techniques, but for me your chart says, you will find a job in foreign land that too little late. You should also check where your close friends are working. You may find a job there it seems . Pls lemme know what happens in the future

Too late doesnt mean years. May be few months
