Also, if I remember correctly, the moon would last aspect that Rx Venus by opposition, which generally denies a favorable outcome.

Still, is there any chance that you and your ex-husband could work out a property settlement on your own?

thanks for your kind message... yes I was a bit concerned when I posted the chart here. In fact this question was one I had been determined not to ask, even though it had been burning away, and only did so after a dream triggered it (my future self visited me to tell me I 'can't win this one' but that a house 'currently under tribal dispute' would come to me via inheritance).
No, its not likely that my ex husband will ever see that I have a claim to any assets we had during our marriage - as far as he's concerned I 'got the kids so I got my share'. Somebody pass me the silver bullet.

ps. the trial date set for this property settlement issue was set for March 2nd - well out of Venus Rx, but I guess, things really did fall apart (and very suddenly) during the preliminary process. grr.

If you are in Adelaide as the chart says, then you would be on Central Daylight time. You also state that you asked the astrologer at 18:36 GMT on the 13th. This would be 5:06am Central Daylight time or 4:06am Central Standard time and not 9:06am.

It can be very confusing when attempting to swap between time zones but it is essential to get the correct one if we hope to get an accurate description of the situation. Presumably you know what time it was where you were when you asked the question which, according to the chart, appears to be 10:06am Central Daylight time. However, if you asked this question of another astrologer who was not in Adelaide but in a different time zone then it would be their time and place that you would use for the chart.

Hi Sue...here is a copy of the thread that I originally asked this question on; the reply stated that I'd asked the question at GMT 18:36. I suppose the time on the post depends on the individual's profile settings .

(we were discussing the problem of knowing the positions/aspects of the planets, luminaries and the rising sign at any given time and the impact of this knowledge on asking horary questions)

I think the only way you are going to figure this out is if you remember what time you asked the question. 18:36GMT is 5:06am in Adelaide. If you said that you asked the question at 9:06am it is very unlikely that you didn't allow for daylight saving unless you have been living an hour behind everyone else for the last three and a half months. The 9:06am chart gives a late ascendant of more than 27deg Aquarius. I think it might be a little bit more descriptive of your situation. Be careful when doing charts in Astrodienst that you have adjusted for summer time.
