My astrobets have been dismal recently, although i did have a few nice returns last week:

My main bet today is 1st goal 31-40 mins (38mins) in the Palace Sunderland game tonight.

Did the Sunderland goal timing work out?

Racing is tough today, I'm shoe-horning names into the race charts.

It didn't unfortunately, but i backed Sunderland at 11/2 using Fawley's L1 L7 method (Mars just inside the 4th).
A lot of work needs to be done on timings - sometimes i can get the exact minute and at other times i'm literally hours out. When the Moon is also the ascendent, it doesn't seem to work at all. I'll have another go on the CL games tonight.
