Well done on the Scotland game, Andrew
Ditto and to you Ficina on the England game :D
Andrew said: Ficina, John and UBER have all been delivering some impressive predictions and ideas of late.
Exactly my sentiment. We've been working hard and doing well :D

I focused on Doncaster/NF because there're testimonies for NF and there's no huge difference in odds between them. There's a possibility of the underdogs winning here but in the Tranmere/Swindon chart, there's little possibility of the underdogs' win because of the reasons givne by Ficina. Can odds on faves win despite the match is kicked off at the time when the chart isn't radical if there're no testimonies for underdogs?

[quote="Andrew J. Bevan I have not gathered any evidence that the Lord or the hour aspecting the significator provides a victory, although it can be summoned as a testimony in that direction.quote]

I thought to include this testimony as a possibility, to allow for future reference whilst thoughts are being turned to radicality/lord of the hour

That's the question isn't it. In the Everton/West Ham game last weekend, the odds-on faves, Everton, didn't win. Result was 1-1. The chart wasn't radical and there were no testimonies for the underdog. There was the iffy testimony of combust POF. Perhaps a testimony against the faves emphasises the draw in this situation, whereas a testimony for the underdogs pushes the result further in their direction - as per the Doncaster/Forest game. Just a thought.

Perfect, John! Include it again later! It is the right step and you could be right. I was just adding a comment on present findings. :'

Ficina, perfect!! This is precisely what I have been getting at. The draw is 'off' the favourite by odds! Now France beat England 1-0 yesterday, but Scotland did manage 1-1 against Croatia. Both charts were radical. Neither of the favourites, France or Croatia, lost - but in the case of Scotland, who were playing at home, there were testimonies that allowed them to hold their ground.

So I do not think radicality gives an absolute answer, but it does tilt the balance according to what would be considered a favoritized performance. Often this conidtion in the chart is predominant and sufficient.

If you read my previous work on this subject within the field of horary, I often found that a chart could be answered and resolved by considering this factor, ie. the question of radicality, alone.

The fact that Scotland did indeed have home advantage and the faves were not odds-on should also be taken into consideration I think.

BTW, the Swansea/Bristol Rovers game I mentioned a couple of pages back is another example of non-radical chart + no testimonies = draw. Swansea were really strong odds-on faves. So if Swindon don't manage a draw against Tranmere tomorrow, it's a black mark against that particular theory.

Tranmere - Swindon, Merseyside, March 28, 19.45 GMT
Odds: 1,75 3,40 4,50
Asc 20LI29 MC 27CN45, Moon 26SG32 VOC from a functional sign, POF/POS 8CN30
Played on the Dy of Venus, Hr of the Sun - Not radical.
VOC Moon is L10. Fortuna is square Sun, who is LHr, then conj Mars, L7.

I agree, Ficina, the testimonies suggest Tranmere will not win, but the result is either a draw or a victory to Swindon. Nice price! The only hassel is two games being played at the same time, but I think the tendency is clear.

The two testimonies in question here is the VOC Moon and the Lord of the Hour square Fortuna, does anyone agree?

I didn't include the VOC Moon in the equation because that theory still needs testing. I can't really comment on Hour Lord square POF because it's not something I've ever looked at before. This testimony was not mentioned in the Doncaster/Forest analysis but if it is effective then presumably that's another nail in the coffin for Doncaster.

You say above that POF is conj Mars. Mars is actually separating from POF which was the point I made originally. It's applying in the Doncaster chart but separating in the Tranmere one.

Astrologically I'd go for a draw. From a football point of view I'd be surprised if Tranmere can't beat Swindon. Let's hope I'm surprised :lala

I am not sure I follow you, Ficina. If the Tranmere game starts 3 minutes late then the conjunction is perfect?

Did I get you wrong in how this is measured?

It would have to start over 4 minutes late to be perfect. But why should the game start late anyway? That's quite a big "IF" :P
