It is great to see how everyone is participating to the discussion! :'

When it comes to the issue of placing the actual bets (and putting money where your mouth is), on 31 May. I went for Brazil as an outright winner at the odds of 6:1. On the same day I picked up a bet on Brazil beating Portugal in the final at 100:1 and/or Brazil beating Argentina, with the best odds in the latter being 50:1. To underline my conviction but at some lower risk I went for Brazil meeting Argentina in the final at the odds of 21:1. This bet was placed on 1. June, together with an option of Brazil meeting Portugal in the final at the price of 65:1. To complete the strategy I picked up an unlikely scenario of Argentina and Portugal meeting in the final at 140:1.

Following a strategy doesn't have to involve a lot of money, but it means that several things can occur within a certain range - and providing that is right the combination still wins.

Odds have changed since and will change as the tournament progresses. The price on Brazil meeting Argentina in the final dropped right down to 10:1 yesterday and is currently traded at 14:1. At any rate that means that my entry into the market at 21:1 was well timed!

Slovenia 3 Algeria 1

I think its a clear win for Slovenia and a more open game than we've seen so far despite both sides not wanting to lose. This should be an interesting test for the colour method, if we use the colour method the opposite is the case and Algeria take the ASC..so they would win comfortably.

Slovenia are slight favourites so with ASC ruler VE in 10th and POF in 1st it should be a reliable indicator for victory.

VE sq AC after 30 minutes, so should be a goal or two for Slovenia late in 1st half. Algeria improve in 2nd half but not by enough to stop Slovenia.

My astrological arguements have been quite detailed on the previous pages. This was putting money where my mouth was and demonstrating a strategy on the basis of astrological judgement.

I am sorry if I have trodden on anyones toes.

Hi Mario,

Thats a bit unfair. Andrew was mentioning this explicitly to show he was putting his money behind the astrological predictions he has already made here. They are up there for the world to see on this thread. So it was related to his predictions.

Incidentallly, what did you predict?

regards

Mark

Daz, which house system do you use? ASC is late Virgo (28th). Libra is intercepted in 1th with its ruler Venus in 11th if we use Regimontanus houses. Mercury is on the cusp of 9th at the end of 8th (in the house of lose). ASC is Algeria, Mercury in Gemini and Venus in Cancer fits well for its white home kit. DSC is Slovenia with Jupiter in 7th favours DSC team. The ruler of its sucess home (IV) Saturn on the cusp of 1st, a strong indicator that DSC team will win. Besides the dispositor of POF, Venus, is going to trine Jupiter, the lord of 7th in 7th. Yet another strong indicator that DSC team will win.

Serbia -Gana, if we use the colour method, then Sagittarius ASC goes for Serbia (red -and blue). Jupiter in Aries, in the succedent 5h. The ruler of DSC (Gana), Mercury, angular in its 7th. It is an advantage of DSC team. Jupiter is conjuct the modern ruler of 4th Uranus and oposed by Saturn a great malefic in Gemini. Saturn in Gemini favours Mercury and hates Jupiter. Besides Mercury is dispositor of Saturn (the lord of 4th, the success house of DSC team) and is placed in DSC house. So Gana won.
The goal was scored from a penalty kick. Probably, Chiron in 4th in Pisces.

THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
I'll correct my previous information on England, the corrected information is: Football Association, Oct 26 1863, Time: 18:54:30 GMT, London. ASC = 21 ? 26 'Gemimis, and MH = 15 ? 38'Aquarius, Yesterday Goalkeeper Robert Green made a mistake Neptune, was entrusted, Green has Neptune = 21 ? 31'Sagitario, it remained vulnerable to the lunation, the goalkeeper is not trusted for England!
Kind Regards
Mario

Jupiter is in fact in antiscia relationship with Saturn, Saturn being a natural ruler of judges/penalties and contacting Jupiter from the sign of its detriment.
Satur is placed in Virgo, however.

OK, OK!!!, Andrew, does not bother me, and I also do not step on toes, because I walk through another world, nor is it necessary to defend MarkC anyone and I do not need explanations of the work that Andrew and other members, simply a mail asked above is written with some astrological argument, and I point out that this email did not have anything astrological, that was all, do not get defensive, everything is fine, do not panic, the World Cup just begun ...
Thank you for allowing me to participate this is a Great Forum

Hi Mario,

Serious question though. What do you think on the result? Have you been looking at that? I know you put in a lot of work looking at Football Association charts etc. I am really interested what you came up with and why.

Thanks

Mark
