Although I'm not much into sabian symbols, I thought it would be interesting to look at the meanings of some of the significant degrees, and I found them to be pretty amazing:

Ascendant: 22 degrees Taurus

To 'Lower an Old Flag and Raise a New One' marks a real turning point. Something is changing, possibly dramatically, and the transformation should be taken seriously. Something that once was useful or valuable in your life has ended and something brand new is beginning. There needs to be a symbolic gesture or expression of the change of allegiance. It may be a good idea to run any new ideas or plans up the "flagpole" to see if anybody salutes them.

Changing one's loyalties. Coming to a turning point in one's obligations or duties. Announcing new standards. Letting go of old allegiances and taking up new ones.

Cusp of 5th, children, Leo 8 degrees:

I'm not entirely sure if the meaning of the cusp of the 5th is accurate, although it seems that the ascendant and cusp of 7th are very relevant in terms of describing the wife and husband. The degree position of the sun as ruler of the children, however, appears to be very accurate.

I have communicated with Pete regarding this lady's situation and he is rather busy with work so unable to follow up but said I could update on what's going on. He informed me that an interference of custody charge has been filed against the husband with a 25 thousand dollar bail (which is a very decent amount).

If you take another look at the chart, the Moon is coming to an immediate opposition of the Sun. The mother's lawyer filed a motion with the judge asking that the children be returned immediately, but this motion was denied, because the judge believed the father's lawyer in that he was just "vacationing" with the children, and will be returning home July 4rth. So in this context, I think this Sun may signify the judge or the authorities, "opposing" what the mother has asked for.

Continuing on with the delineation, on June 28th, the date that Deb mentions above, the husband's lawyer went to the judge to request that bail be reduced. However, this time his motion was denied (Sun coming to a square with Mars? Sun once again being the authorities?), and now he is required to make an appearance in court on July 6th. So he has to come back to the state that the mother lives in one way or another, if he is to make an appearance in court!
I know that Pete saw a parallel or something between the mother and the children which perfects on July 2nd. I think Pete mentioned that the husband has indicated that he will return home on July 4rth or 5th, which is pretty close to the date that he has.

It appears that the mother's lawyer believes that the father's lawyer will be able to get the husband off without an indictment, it will be known on July 6th. Would it be possible to discern this from this horary? But now I am looking ahead to see what this horary indicates next. I think it's the conjunction of Venus (mother) to Saturn (ruler of 10th and 11th), has that happened yet? And what might that signify? Also, it is unclear to me what the conjunction of Mercury to Venus would signify; maybe Mercury is the news that the mother received that his bail was not reduced?

Can any significance be attached to the presence of the part of fortune on the cusp of the 7th? Isn't the POF supposed to indicate something that can be used to the advantage of the querent?
