scapegoating

I should think that a very solar person would be less likely to be scapegoated.
Scapegoating may depend on family or other circumstances. If one belongs to a group disfavoured by the majority, one is more likely to be scapegoated. Sorry to state the obvious. Some physical attributes also attract scapegoating or bullying. Anything that makes someone appear weak will trigger bullying behaviour in some. So may not be a permanent feature. If bullied as a child, a person may be scarred for life. It will depend on how much score he puts on the past (4th house, moon, cancer) how he is affected as an adult.

as it happened, and i have not mentioned anything of the person who was treated as the scapegoat -they are sun in aquarius tropical, with mars-saturn in cancer rising in cancer, slightly back of the ascendant... but they are not to be messed with and they did not accept the role of scapegoat! needless to say the apparent scapegoat won out over the narcissist in this particular experience i was privy to about 1 year ago... i was mostly only an observer in it all...

it may also be interesting to look at this from a Pluto-generational point of view, if one believes there is more narcissism now. Do particular conditions breed narcissism full scale? Why is there so much talk of narcissism these last few years? Is this a trend created by bots? Or has technology exacerbated a tendency?
Are people also now more ready now to present themselves as victims/being scapegoated? So, to look at it from a societal point of view, rather than an individualistic point of view. This is not an attempt to set one generation against another.
During the first world war, a whole generation of young men disappeared. So they were no longer around to talk about the way they had been victimised 'the lost generation'. I presume they were plenty of political narcissists during various Imperial periods. But perhaps this reflection belongs to mundane.
