Oner Doser who is an astrologer well versed in both traditional astrology and more modern methods as well. Have an interesting approach. He use generally a quadrant house system, but if a planet is at the end of a house, he tends to look at the whole sign house/sign, and add that to the picture.

I think that aproach is interesting. I have done in the past a mix of Jyotish and modern astrology. Using whole sign primarily. But since two years or so I have started to investigate western traditional astrology/Hellenistic astrology. But have now coming to a point where the more later systems in the timeline in traditional astrology, is more interesting.

Having by degrees coming to a point where quadrant house systems is growing more attractive than before. I have though a hard time with Placidus. Perhaps because I live in Sweden where Placidus gets painfully distorted in my wiew. I have settled now with Alcabitius, and have looked at Phorhyry too. These two systems seems often similiar. Alcabitius.

This article by Bruce Scofield is quite interesting imo where he is for himself trying out different house systems, and for him Phorphyry gets best results.
