No, I had never heard his name before. Opening the first article with an even vaguely relevant title, though, I read:
This relation of the prenatal lunar cycles to the septennial periods of subsequent earthly life is a completely new [concept in astrology].
So pretty much the opposite of what I was looking for. :) Thanks anyway.

Whoops, sorry ... Levente László, in a note on another fragment, says 'expulsion' means 'birth'.
