Hi Georgius ... I wondered at this too. I updated my earlier post on Trump and found that a conjunction and sextiles appear to prevail along with a weakened Mars in the profection and SR, so possibly these conditions spared him from the worst.

The alleged shooter has a Mars-Uranus conjunction on Trump's Descendant, Pluto opposite Trump's Uranus, Neptune opposite Trump's Pluto and Venus on Trump's Neptune on the event chart's MC. His North Node is on Trump's MC. One would think his life's purpose was to perform this act in order to help Trump's career. How very Weird!

so many people have been seeking trumps political assassination, and for so long, it was only a matter of time before their dreams would be lived via a real time attempt.. i can't help but think this increases the chances of trump winning this election and i sort of thought that before this happened..

In addition to your considerations I want to add that the continously profected MC is squaring the natal Mars exactly on July the 13th!

IMO Former President Donal Trump's Ascendant seems to be Virgo. Mars is then inimical to the native causing sudden surprises such as this.
