I've never thought of using Sabian Symbols within significators and cusps, but this is interesting approach.
This is what I have found about his points:

Gemini 18 (his significator, Jupiter):
Transcending feelings of alienation.
Having a specialized language that doesn’t communicate with everyone.
Having a completely different mindset.
Not adapting to the world.
Being with people who don’t share philosophies or understanding.


Pisces 24 (7th cusp):
Cutting off from others.
Resentment around privacy or space.
Pollution and garbage.
Loneliness amongst the many.
Crowding in.

I know that some planets or points that have bad reputation don't work as awful as people usually think, at least in my case.
I have very strong Saturn and quite strong Pluto in my natal horoscope, and Saturn transits have never been especially tough for me.
On the other hand, Jupiter transits always created tense situations and difficulties.

BLM could mean some kind of my emotional obsession over this topic (true) that eventually gives me liberation from this horrible situation. It is 13 degrees before Moon changes sign (tho, for Scorpio and its fall), so maybe I should count 13 weeks for my "recovery".

Yesterday I practised a bit of self-talk. I thought that, in fact, it doesn't matter what happened or what's the cause, you do not treat people like this, if you are a decent person who doesn't treat others like sh*t.
All what I know or think about him is not from my real experience, but based on what he said/wrote, and people can say whatever they want online. So my opinion about him - that he is sooo good-hearted, sensitive, independent etc. is my imagination, not facts.

Unfortunately, today I realised I miss him very very much and it won't be easy to let him go.
However, I probably should take it in the most simple and obvious way - if someone does something like that, they do not see a space for me in their life. This should be enough to leave it.
To be fair, I did something smilar with a few people in my life, because I was in such horrible state (mentally) that I didn't have any strength/energy left to explain myself or pretend it was all fine. So, on some level, I know how it works.

I find really uncomfortable not knowing and when something nice and warm turns into a disrespectful, vague situation.

Well with Mercury-Jupiter contacts its not always a good idea to take words of any kind too seriously but one would perhaps expect communication of some sort. I am assuming that the retrograde of both planets can prevent communication also at least from one side ( Jupiter) or would it more likely be delayed for some reason. Lilith's proximity to Moon possibly gave a little clue (?)

As I say maybe those with more experience can explain the apparent contradictions.

I just wanted to update this thread.

The quesited replied back.
There was no contact until 31/12- that's when I sent HNY wishes and let him know it's OK if he needed a break due to some difficulties.

Reply was sent and received on 5/01, with explanation.
I cast a chart for the exact time of his anwer - Moon and Saturn are in PISC, in a very tight, applying conj. (less than 0.5 degree, perfecting) that just crossed Desc of the original question chart.
Here Ascendant was 12 deg 46" CAN, Moon and Saturn in 10th house, Sun CAP on descendant (in 7th house).
JUP Rx in the 12th, MERC in the 6th.

Issues on his side involved health/disease (not his), his work (situation still WiP) and an accident with electronic device;) - so I would say, all visible in this first, original chart.
Do you have any thoughts about any of those charts once the outcome is known?

Him. JU - NE
About 5 degrees between ME R and NE both Angular.

About 5 weeks later, ME having turned Direct, you sent him Xmas wishes and you received an answer when the MO last square ME and transmitted by an applying conjunction to NE. Interesting.

Post-reflection
1) The square ME/NE did not prevent the contact but it shows the difficulty in being reunited. And with this combination, there is probably more to hear or say as the story unfolds.
2) When looking at the symbolic distance between significators (5 degrees here), it is always useful to look in the ephemeris 5 days, weeks... and so on to see if the significators will make an aspect together.

I use the technique of Alphee Lavoie
Cardinal, Angular = Fast, almost right away.
Fix, Succedent = Slow, after a long time
Mutable, Cadent = After a while, almost halted
You get a general timing by combining the sign and the house. Planets speed is also a factor.
Next, you get the symbolic timing (distance from significators) and look up for hours, days, weeks, months, years in the ephemeris for a transit over the significators.
