As for the transiting Sun of Trump in his natal 6th, it could be read as
Trump becomes the leader (Diurnal AS at the Aries Point sextile transiting Sun/Pluto and ruling his natal AS) of the civil servants of the country (6th House).

I think this is spot on, and with Pluto so close, battle lines are drawn. I believe one of Trump's aims is to dramatically reduce the size of the US government. Whether this is realistic or achievable is another matter.

Now after my faltering start I'm keen to show exactly why this mid January to the March Ides is potentially a troublesome period of time. Below is a Station chart for Uranus and the trigger is the slow transit of Uranus to complete its square to the Moon in Leo when it goes direct in late Jan, 2025. This would imply some potential 'shock' (Ur) to the public (Mo) during this period. As an example I've used the ill fated missile attack on an Azerbaijani airline jet (transits) above Grozny as I suspect this Uranus transit has a connection with the flurry of air disasters during this last week (see James's article re. S.Korea) and strongly suspect that it could cause further trouble as it stations again on 30th January and onwards into February. So not really a great start to 2025 unfortunately but I expect it will improve once Uranus moves on. I haven't really looked that far ahead yet.

Now I'm happy to return to diurnal charts discussion as I've not used them before in the past but then read about them whilst perusing a book by Alan Leo. and then thinking its a technique that isn't widely used these days. As I see it a diurnal chart is the type of chart a sunsign columnist would ideally prefer to use if possible but can't thus resorts to writing generalised garbage instead. But that's another debate! I like the idea of using them more as a timing device for the day - as mentioned by Ed & Ouranos - and look forward to putting that to the test in any future attempts.

Yes the chart for the New Orleans truck attack.

As mentioned above we're looking at firstly the Uranus station chart...secondly Uranus transit there is approaching its perfection to square Moon. So we're looking at the reiteration of Uranus, Uranus, Uranus through out a few pertinent charts.

One other I used for New Orleans is the ''Heliocentric chart'' which also has Venus conjunct Uranus (and Mercury (travel) square Pluto (with intent).

So basically from the earlier posts we are expecting Uranus to be involved. Also via ACG map regarding city of New Orleans,

I've also just noticed that the Mars-Uranus synodic chart a few months ago passes right through New Orleans. Coincidence or no?

Hi Greg - great observation. Here is the tropical chart. Mars-Uranus is just a little beyond the MC, hence the lines passing just to the west of New Orleans, but well within allowable orbs.




I just noticed a couple of things with this chart.

Firstly, all the transpersonal planets are on key cusps using Porphyry - Uranus/MC, but Neptune is on the 8th cusp and Pluto is on the 6th cusp. The 6th and 8th house cusps are malefic. The Sun in this chart is partile conjunct Trump's Saturn. This ascendant is partile conjunct Trump's ascendant. Uranus/Mars/MC are square Trump's Mars. and approaching square his ascendant. A quick check of the internet establishes that Trump's attempted assassination was a couple of days before (13th July) and the Republican National Convention, which endorsed Trump's candidacy, began on this day in July.

Trump was in northeastern USA on these days, but there seems to be an astrological connection between this synodic conjunction and these events, and potentially the tragedy in New Orleans too.

The Mars-Pluto cycle is very similar just a bit to the other side this time but very close and involving two ACG lines this time. Here there looks to be a connection to the current Mars opposition to Pluto which was not only close to exaction but triggered by the Moon conjunct Pluto at the time of the subsequent shooting. The opposition cycle is generally thought to be the troublesome of all aspects as it has no resolution to it.

Someone like Rod Chang or Dan Waits might be interested in this. It's a good example to use, the best I've come across anyway.

On the subject of cusps (Placidus in this case) both the 6th and 8th cusps are closely aspected by Mercury opposition and Moon square respectively. This is another feature that tends to appear in these cases.

And it goes on.....the Mars opposite Pluto synod (set for New Orleans). A mere 2 seconds from the MC-IC Axis.

So effectively there are several charts giving a potential warning to be wary of visiting New Orleans over this period. A simple computer program could perhaps give an alert when several charts are activated. Just a thought.

Here on the left is the ACG for California the centre of the US fires with comparison to the ACG map for the last Uranus Station. Mars/Neptune is the ACG line passing through California. Uranus stations are just, if not even more important than lunations yet there is still a blindness on the part of astrologers to use them.

Adding that Uranus is currently = MA/SA by transit.
And Geodetic MC of San Francisco is 27 SCO 35 with AS 7 AQU 42
Los Angeles MC would be early Sag.
But according to astrotheme, their natal MC would be at 2 Leo

The Foundation chart of California itself is quite revealing. So yes, many charts, many cogs and wheels make up the process so one has to separate them all and study them and then put it back together as a whole. It is like the workings of a clock in taking up time!

So the chart has a hell of a lot going on with Pluto transit square natal Moon/Venus whilst progressed Uranus opposes. Transit Saturn opposes the California Sun and darkens the blue sky for now whilst the other malefic Mars forms a deep flowing grand trines with Jupiter and the nodes...jupiter seems just to add to the flames here whilst in detriment.
