I have read the link. The essence of 2d

2d. Whenever any person applies to another on any business whatever, either by letter, message, or personally, the 1st house represents him who is the first mover in the matter, who either goes or sends to the other, and the 7th represents the person applied to. Therefore, when a person reads a report in a newspaper, or elsewhere, the 7th shews that person, because the report, &c. comes. as it were, to him.

My query particulary related to analysis of Event Charts (First Meeting). I dont find any thing contrary to the essence of what Deborah has to say about Event Charts.

Can you tell me the difference if you keep in view Event Chart (First Meeting--the First Post in this thread ) and this----->

In Events:
Generally it signifies whoever makes the first move; in business, who makes the proposal; in war, who makes the first offence; in games, the home team. (Chapter 8 The Houses: Temples of the Sky

The first meeting chart isn't a horary nor electional chart; it's a birth chart of a relationship. When people meet for the first time, neither of them initiates action( I'm thinking here about chance meetings). It describes the nature, teh character and the quality of that relationship. So I think it can be read as a birth chart.
other words, if you were introduced to someone one time and then months later ran into them again and hung out together for hours which event should foretell the eventual meaning of the relationship? Sorry to sidetrack!
I believe the first meeting chart will show the possibility of the possibly more meanignful second meeting.
