I think you ask your question at the right time for you even if the Moon is VOC.

Dont limit the self and always try to leave the question open-ended so you can ask another question at a later date.

Dear all,

I received the paperwork in regards to this question just last week. The post overseas seems good as well. Nothing definately confirmed, it awaits approval by 2 persons. One would be my direct superior and the other would be the government department director.
