I've timed things down to the arcminute with Regio; when I compared the same chart using Placidus, it was way off. I think everyone can use whatever their preference is: some people actually like using Koch. Whatever floats your boat. But it seems that most of the 'old' astrologers, as well as many, if not all current astrologers, use the Regiomontanus system. I find it especially useful if there is an intercepted house. I also consider what the whole house system would be when dealing with intercepted houses. I've never been taught to do this. Using Regiomontanus house system the considerations for the chart are: Asc near Boundary Sign - 27/09 Gemini Moon is fast. When the rising degree is in late degrees of the Sign the chart is considered to be invalid or not radical unless the querent is around 27 years of age plus. Your Asc is Gemini and your significator, Mercury is in the 5th House of creativity and children. Scorpio is on the 6th House Cusp and Mercury is in 5th of creativity, in Libra. Mercury and Mars are in a nice trine in air, so maybe some gossip about you- I believe they like you well enough. Do they make fun of you behind your back? They may do this.
