Me and my husband (& the pets). I don't know the sign on the I/C. My husband had this place when we met. I left and eventually sold my place and moved here. I'm not sure if I would take the date we married, the date I moved here, the date he bought the place...??

Ha! I just did a question: "What sign is this house?" Question was asked at 10:43:20 AM EDT, winchester, VA, USA. Chart has 29:22 Scorpio on ASC. In my natal chart I have Saturn in 29' Scorpio in my 9th so I feel the chart is accurate.

This puts the home here (4th cusp) at 13:07 Pisces. Uranus is close to the 4th cusp at 15' Pisces. Interestingly, when he bought the house, it was numbered "5". However, logically, it should have been numbered "13" since the immediate neighbor's property is "15" (close to 4th cusp - coincidence ?) and people always expect to this to be 13 when searching for the house after passing the the neighbor's address which is at 15.

Anyway, when he bought the house, he had the number officially changed on the public records to "1".

(edited) I just noticed something else: 13:07 = a "2".
Pisces is the "12"th sign which = a "3". 3 + the degree ("2") = "5", the number of the house address when he bought it as mentioned above. Are these all coincidences?? Also, Pisces will often give an alias or not reveal their true identity or name. Here, the house was assigned a 1 even though it was once a 5.

I haven't studied numerolgy in years but it is fun!

I'd look to the name of the street,complex, local area, suburb etc to indicate any Sun connections here.

Also look at the Sign on your 3rd House Cusp - this are of life has to do with local enviroment - now I live close to water and have a busy Air Sign ruling my 3rd but this house is tenanted with four watery planets and I have found this to be the most satisfying and personally pleasing area I have ever lived in. I will never buy another # 9 home - Mars rules 9 nor will I look at another # 8 home - money issues. #44 can indicate double debt! Not going their either!

With # 7 I hardly see my neighbors - they seem invisible to me. One is hardly ever here and the others very private. Another loves good wine and good books at the same time.

A very late degree rising on a Horary Asc indicates the decision has been made and the chart is invalid. Unless you are 29 years of age.

Not now. Its orangy/red brick with mostly dark maroon trim but it does have some areas in a lighter green trim. (yuk ) I'll be glad when we paint.

This would depend on house system used: Using Koch, which I like to use, puts the 3rd cusp at 28:12 Capricorn, with Aquarius intercepted in 3rd house. Interestingly, I live on an intersection.
Using Placidus house system puts 3rd cusp at 6:45 Aquarius and the sign of Sagittarius intercepted in first house.

I have heard some teach that but remain unconvinced of it and haven't seen it give wrong readings on charts I read.

Ivy Jacobson taught just about every chart is radical/readable and the little I've read of Frawley's "horary text book", I think he teaches that too if I'm remembering correctly.
(I haven't read all of his book yet and I am already finding that I don't agree with some of what he teaches so I'm not one to push his beliefs.)

I've always felt that almost every chart I've come up with is valid. I could be wrong tho. I just can't remember any charts where it turned out wrong or not being capable of reading because of a late degree. If anything, I think the chart is showing something is about to change and/or the querent is anxious or impatient with the matter being inquired about.
