And if you are wondering if someone else will be coming into your life, I would ask another horary. I wouldn't base future romances on a question where you asked about a particular person exclusively.

Coupled with VOC moon, cccording to Lilly, a chart is not safe to judge when the Moon is in the later degrees of a sign, especially Gemini, Scorpio, and Capricorn.

I just looked this up in Lilly's guide... you are right.

But it isn't void, even per Lilly.

Moon at 26 Pisces is applying to a sextile of Saturn at 3 Aquarius in that example, and there are a couple others in CA, as well.

Most horary readers seem to agree that VOC Moons are not fit to judge. They also say that whatever you ask will likely not come to pass, or not come of any good.

Here's a website that says that the Moon is not VOC based on orb w/ the Aquarius planets also. I don't know. I always thought that if the Moon was in a late degree and did not aspect any other planets before leaving its sign that it was VOC. I have personally never had a chart come of anything when this was the case.

Moon VOC is a very complicated issue.
There is a Modern definition and then there is a Traditional one. Some thought Lilly didn't practice what he wrote, others proved that he wrote what he thought; some others think he should have written what they are teaching

In this case though, VOC or not, the main sigs are all separating from their aspects, so I stand by what I originally said - they will be moving on. She especially, since her sigs are separating from his.

And I follow this statement from the website that you posted in my readings:

"It is 'void of course' if a planet separates from application with a planet in conjunction or aspect, and does not apply to a planet as long as it is in its sign."

Some people consider a Moon VOC when it will not aspect anything in its sign w/in a specific orb. So even if the Moon is at 2 degrees and will aspect another planet at say 20 degrees, it would be considered VOC. I don't find this to be true though.
