It is quite strange. Rob Hand use Whole Sign house system and he is mostly paid for financial/investment horaries. I am working as a professional horary astrologer for over an year, and almost all of my clients require my services for investments etc (I also use whole sign house system).

I e-mailed Hand several months ago and asked if he used a quadrant system for such evaluations, and he said that he did not - he uses whole signs for everything and never uses quadrant systems any longer.

So, it means that he does not incorporate Mc point, as he advocated in his book.

No, I don't think we can assume that - he used his engagement with daily financial horaries as an example of how well whole signs work, even in areas requiring great precision. He didn't make any statements about the rest of his horary practice.

He does incorporate the MC, but not as a strength factor; he considers it an important element of the chart, but the whole-sign 10th house counts as angular for him.
