6 games out of 6! It is as if the Sun's trine to Saturn helped predictability. The Betties must have had a terrible weekend.

While many of the weekend's games seemed to go as expected for the favourites, watch up for Monday's game. If astrology is anything to go by, there could be some interesting opportunities in the making.

Re Villa/Hull
I'm leaning towards a draw too. Both teams are said to be stronger on the road than on home territory. The Moon opp Uranus often works against faves but here the orb may not be close enough to bring defeat to Villa, especially when the anti-Venus(Hull's sig) is oppsed by Uranus at the same time.

Aw! Cambridge and Stevenage!
The match moved into extra time after Cambridge winning the first 90 minutes, 2-0. With Stevenage having won the first play-off 3-1 last Thursday (with only 10 men on the pitch in the 2nd half!), the two teams were head to head after 180 minutes and at draw concerning advancement to League 2. So the game did balance out evenly and draw - although in a different way than expected. Cambridge added the extra goal in the 2nd half of extra play (120th minute) and are up a division next season. No doubt concerning which team won the day! Cambridge 3-0 . Congratulations!

In the other game Torquay beat Histon 2-0 in the first round. I've got them down as winners today, but they can actually afford to either draw or loose the match by one goal and still travel home as victors. I hope the Moon's antiscia to Mars shows power and conviction.

Should return matches should be weighed up against each other astrologically or not? Is it more difficult judging the 2nd match, unless measuring it against the first and the prospects of a potential advancement?

But Torquay did advance to League 2 due to last weeks win. Now why were all 3 matches off beam? And why didn't Moon antiscia Mars, L7, in any way elevate the visiting teams?

I am scratching my head for explainations. Prehaps the state of the Lord of the Day (and/or the) Sun says something about predictability. Saturday, the Sun was applying trine to Saturn - and the same would have applied to Sunday, but on Monday the Moon was applying to the opposition of Uranus.

Yesterday's selection of games was all home wins that went to the favourite. I thought the charts were suggesting elsewise but was wrong. Find the fault!

Moon-Saturn in 10th house for most of the games. I think that this aspect might be an indication of strong favourites.

It's a local Derby! ManC beat ManU last year at the odds of 10:1. I remember that one because I had got it, but will ManU let it happen again? I don't expect so, but I can't outrule a draw. ManU still must be looking for resting their best men. Mercury, L1, is retrograde and intercepted in his own sign in the 10th.

Neptune is square the MC. The Moon is intercepted in the 4th house, is square the Asc through signs of long ascension and applies to the trine of Venus, who is L10. The Sun is sextile POF, but located in the cadent 9th.

ManU won 2-0. It is a default situation. The team heading the league seems to be grated a default position. It takes about 10 testimonies against to knock them off the block. It reminds me of Arsenal last year.

The most interesting question that remaisn this season is whether Newcastle will save their position in the Premiership for the next season. Its' quite a scramble at the bootom, but it looks as if Hull could be in trouble due to a poor goal difference compared with Newcastle.

Tonight's game is absolutely key. If Newcastle don't win I think they are doomed. But then the same applies to Boro. A draw would be useless.

Newcastle are faves. Sun is hour ruler. Andrew, I know you will say this makes the chart radical but I've yet to be convinced. We had the same scenario when Newcastle played Portsmouth 2 weeks ago and the result was 0-0 Moon applies sextile its dispositor Jupiter (L4) although 4? may be too wide to be effective. That's it as far as I can see. I'm tending towards a draw.

Newcastle 3 - 1 Boro

This is the first game Newcastle have managed to win in 2009 and they're out of the bottom three on goal difference. The rather surprising scoreline doesn't say much for Boro who are now heading for relegation. At least they managed to score (Moon aspecting L4).
