Actually now you mention it I can recall having to dodge out of the way of a fireball at around the age of 14, whilst talking to a friend . We had taken shelter in a passageway between two houses in a thunderstorm and there was a loud bang and a crack and a ball of light shot in between us , along the passage, causing both of us to jump out of the way!

This is obviously some lesser known right of passage, encounter with whizzy-flashy-bangy aerial phenomena!!

On a serious note, I thought I'd make an addition to this thread again. In Norway 15-year Aleksandra sadly lost her life last week as a 1,5 ton stone block without warning loosened up a grass covered hillside and came crushing down on the car she was a passanger in. People who have travelled the road stretch for over 20 years have never known anything similar to occur along this particular stretch, which is considered relatively safe in comparison to other areas.
The fatal accident occurred on Friday, April 26. 2013, at about 14.30 CEST, 61N16, 7E09. The chart shows Asc 5VI22, MC 21TA44, Sun 6TA26 and Moon 15SC51. The Moon in 16Scorpio may be a co-significator of the dislocation of material and moving of the stone. Neptune is 4PI55 and on the Descendant - and maybe this is a more accurate indication of when the accident occurred. The 15-year old Aleksandra Dominika Alberska was on her way to Basecamp - Home mission youthclub in Sogndal.
One thing is the mundane event of stones unexpectedly falling from the sky, the other question is why young people experiencing transit Saturn in opposition to their natal positions apparently appear to be turning up as unfortunate victims. The event chart shows the Sun involved in the middle of the opposition between Mars and Saturn. This is a very unfortunate and incomprehendable event, and our thoughts go to those in concern and whom are experiencing sorrow and loss.

I noticed that in your description, you mentioned CEST time zone, but the chart (correctly, I think) was created using CED (-2 hrs) time zone.

It looks as if Mars, Sun and Saturn are involved with the Vertex, which is a point I have no experience of.

The Vertex (from my experience) is especially involved in Births/Deaths and in circumstances (such as a near-death-experience or seeing a UFO, etc.) where the life literally is very different from that particular point on.

On another thread, there is a discussion of Jean Sibelius' chart. For the 4 events that I highlighted through diurnal Transits, the Vertex lines up significantly in three of the four events.

Death of Father, diurnal Vertex conjunct Saturn.

Marriage, diurnal Vertex conjunct Ascendant.

His own Death, diurnal Vertex conjunct IC.

Yes, I do realize that the diurnal Vertex will conjoin every point in the Horoscope on (basically) a particular date each year. The events are shown in other ways as can be seen in the thread, but the point is that these diurnal Vertex alignments appear to time the event (day-wise).
