Never heard of a Cazimi Saturn blocking the Sun and causing darkness

- I am sure it would love to do that.

Maybe, a better way to think about this is that Venus is eclipsed by Sun which in turn is eclipsed by Moon.

Should it then be considered that any dignifying effect ot the cazimi of Moon would be too weak to surpass the negative effects of the solar eclipse?

I guess so but I do not have any reference to quote.

Moon will always be Cazimi when the new moon is exact but the Sun will not always be eclipsed by that phenomenon.
