Yes, I do make use of the outer planets, although I use them "sparingly" (!) Then again, I also use stars, Parts and Pauline dodekatemorion, sometimes even monomoria and duodenaries (sometimes even giving the later as "sign placement" for a planet or Part, rather than the full sign!) And I tend to use Pauline profection, or Al-Biruni's time table, for estimating time values (rather than traditional methods like estimating time by sign modalities-cardinal, fixed, mutable)

I take uranus as suprises, separations, sudden attraction.. whatever you think will happen won't and you probably couldn't have imagined what does occur.

And a t square, satrun, uranus, pluto.. I think it would be just plain stubborn to ignore the outers in this chart. Venus/mars the lovers and saturn L5, 5th cusp, moon are all involved with them. Only the querent herself is not in aspect to an outer planet, ignoring them.
And those outers are "gernerational" inviting her to look at society now. Age gap relationships are hip!
The whole chart seems to be pointing to a re-examining of her motivations, sexual mores and proclivities and what a commited relationship can do for her. L7 is in detriment of L1, a permanent partner just isn't right for her right now, or rather her perception of what she thinks is a 7th house relationship. Yet mars as triplicity ruler of pisces, if she gave him a chance, it could to lead to a conventional 7th house commitment? POF in 1st, the balls in her court.
