I've seen 5th as profit from the property used before..not as price, but as actual, bottom line, profit and it's potential, jupiter in rulership.. could mean that the difference between the original price paid and the final selling price is great.. so the overall profit is high.

Either that, or put the rent up! There does seem to be some potential here which isn't being realised for whatever reason.

I'd dearly love to say yes, but Merc is still the significator of his money and it's in 8, in Pisces, and combust. And conjunct Uranus. And going into opposition with Saturn. And the Soutn Node is on the cusp of 12.

I don't think a cazimi moon can rescue that. I hope I'm wrong.

Indeed. Someone pointed this out to me and realized that I really dont have all the information i need before making this decision, given the Moon/Sun conjunction. So I decided to postpone it for two months. I can wait. In the end, I would like to keep it long term. I have a good tenant there who would like to stay for 3 years and he has been there only 7 months.

It could be. Thanks. The situation for me now is so unstable Id rather not risk pushing away my current tenant. In any case, I decided to put off this decision until i am more certain of my prospects for the future.
