Saturn collects the light of Venus in the 8th (being intoxicated/over-use of substances, or, in other words, driving under the influence) and Mercury (documents, etc.) Tanit I'm not sure of the severity in talking with the querant of crossing the US/Canada border as the querant with natal Mercury in Pisces has this severe problems communicating due to Natal Mercurys aspects of Not being very clear, confusing, and very deceptive at times. Although as the client of an attorney the querant has been told Not to return to California for awhile due to legal difficulty; this border or California seems to be the major problem. Querant's Natal Asc. ruler, Luna is cjt the natal 12th cusp, so the incarceration is possibly in the natal chart as well as strongly emphasized in this horary question. And as Olivia pointed out, *will the querant even listen?* Tanit said: Saturn on the 7th cusp, even when dignified, is still difficult because he opposes the 7th house and is by nature not the most helpful planet. Tanit, you meant Saturn either cjts. the 7th house here or opposes the horary's asc did you not? I'm a little confused on this statement! It's very probable if the querant doesn't listen with thier natal Aries Sun that jail in the least could happen. I have explained to the querant at length the problems dealing ethicly with situations and penaltys of interest are awarded when transiting Saturn swings the sickle! 15 by Clinton Soule A speacial thanks to the generous analysis from Olivia and Tanit. Unless anyone sees something else insightful here is my conclusion: The Moon opposition the Sun by one degree tells us the querant is in a bad way on this question. And correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not certain from my studies but is the Moon and Sun opposition a Lunation, a very bad omen in both horary and electional astrology? As stated since Saturn was on the descendant separating at almost 5 degrees(Lilly's five degree rule) the astrologer needed some assistence as he was hindered by Saturn. And as Olivia pointed out it was more a subject of the querant moving from Canada back to California and the legal issues in both places that the querant was facing. The Querant with Mars, lord of the asc. cjt. the Sun, is burnt up or has been in the oven too long on this matter. As that cjt. is on the horary's 11th cusp we can see with Mars, lord of the Asc., is in the house of hopes and wishes and there is a great concern with thier friends and aquaintences on this matter. Which the querant recently has confided in me that this is the case. However, with the Sun which cjt. Mars, and the Sun actually being in the 10th, the querant when facing the authoritys whether as a judge or authoritys of the law is not in a good way. As Cosmicdolphin pointed out about Canada's non- expedition of DUI's it looks like the likelihood is upon the querant's return they will have to deal with the matter with penaltys in interest if they do not deal with the problem now. The Querant is seeking to be with the spouse by going back to California and with Libra on the horary's 7th this is definitely the case. The problem is in my oppinion that there are some legal issues in California that the querant will have more problems with than where they are. Like 'going from the frying pan and into the fire'. Since the querant's natal asc. lord is cjt. the natal 12th cusp, and the horary's Saturn is separating from the 7th cusp in the sixth, if problems aren't resolved there could be possible incarceration. However, the horary is directed more toward the prospects of dealing with Canadian authoritys than the episodes in California. As Olivia concurred, the Lord of the 7th(legal actions and the place the querant is moving to) with Venus sextiling Saturn the querant will face legal complications latter if they fail to take care of matters in Canada at present. Now I'm Not certain if this is a Traditionalist technique or not, but as the horary's 10th is the quesited's 4th of the matter, having Saturn as Lord, and Venus is sextiling Saturn, the end of the matter looks like it will eventually become positive. The accidental fall of Venus in the 8H shows both the querant's state in the marriage and the matter being in a bad way. This will offset the Venus sextile Saturn by weakening the positive aspect. Thanks to the querant putting thier trust in horary and the adept and generous astrologers here who have gave a guiding hand in this matter. Clinton Garrett Soule P.S. a speacial apology to our beloved horary artist Tanit, as I was Not trying to put her on the spot nor embarass her, and like all of us we make mistakes in messages but usually more in Mercury Rectrogrades. No worries! I read your private message and it took me a while to figure out what you were talking about, so that should tell you how much this "embarrassed" me! Most of my natal is fire - I don't remember such things, nor do I get embarrassed easily. I always appreciate it when someone tells me I say or do something that makes no sense!
