I agree with PallesAthene i.e. How the outcome has been lived as "yes" with Moon in its fall.

I also have a chart of mine here, and I really do not understand how the outcome has been lived as "yes" with separated siginificators and with Moon at her fall, in Scorpio.

I am really confused with that Moon in fall.
