Thanks for your insight. Frankly, though transits in longitude dont always deliver as we might expect either do they? I confess I have only started looking at declination in mundane charts fairly recently. I have been using it more for natal. But I am keen to do more research in this area.

Wow that is astro boot camp! What about using the Graphic Ephemeris software? I find that very handy. I have been plotting the declination cycle of the Secondary Progressed Moon in some national charts recently and I am getting some intriguing results.

I think Placidus proposed secondary progressions as a kind of poor man's predictive tool as an alternative to Primary Directions for those not able to handle the complicated maths associated with the latter. thanks mark, for pointing out the connection of sec progs to valens time.. i picked up they were invented by placidus, but it never really made sense on this level... profections move the whole chart one sign per year.. it would make sense that all these different symbolic moves would have been thought up in a similar way a long time ago... - tertiary progressions - same thing, whether you use a synod, or lunar moon.. at least - that all makes sense to me...

I often say that you need to be totally Honest to do these Judgements and Analyses.

And straight up, although I think things are deteriorating Globally, there have been plenty of Unexplainable Violence recently.

So if Mercury Out of Bounds is sort of similar to Mercury retrograde than there seems to be a correlation.

Although I thought Out of Bounds sort of meant they got to their worst sides.

Mercury's worst side ? Making poor Judgements ? NOT analysis the facts correctly ? Wrong decisions ?

Violence ? Niet.

Do Declinations have any other correlation such as certain Signs where OoBs occurs more ?
