Well done for getting the Arsenal result, Andrew! It was a comprehensive win for them, thanks to the 'Fabregas factor' in the 2nd half, and Villa got nothing out of the game after all. I'd completely forgotten that Mars is still trining Arsenal's natal Sun. Obviously still a big positive for them, even though it's now retro.

With Mars crossing an angle on these games, my query is does this influence the score rather than the result! There is the additional consideration that with Stoke being at home and Mars crossing an angle should this take preference over the draw!

The way I see it (at the moment anyway!) is that you decide on the result first, then take the planets crossing as indications of goals.

Jupiter crosses an angle too. It's the same scenario as the Sunderland/Everton game on Saturday

I don't quite like the look of Mars on the IC of some of those 3 pm charts. It is still within the degree of it's station and the Moon is close to Algol. Antiscia Sun is exact square Uranus. Things will probably go smoothly, but it could indicate some disturbance, fire or uproar. I hope people behave and attention is paid to security.

I'm looking for different games with teams represented by the same planets and why there should be a different result. We'll see,as the Stoke and Blackburn games have this today, albeit the home and away colours are reversed.

I'm wondering whether the Mars teams (Sunderland and Stoke) will benefit from the planetary hour being Mars. Or perhaps they play better (possibly score?) early on in the game, then drop off when the hour-ruler changes? Also, Mars is only 2 degrees from the IC in these two charts and we would normally consider this to be a strong testimony, even though it's below the horizon.

I'd orginally gone for Blackburn to win and Stoke to draw but I am now having a rethink in light of the above considerations.

Virtually everything starts at 3 pm today. Isn't Mars on the IC a token for the underdog? I sat wondering (and nibbling shortbread) last night, which teams would favour under such a Mars in Leo. Down through the leagues I rather fancy Nottingham Forrest as a home team favourite, and amoung the guests I think Norwich will prevail.

The Premier League is split at the middle at the moment with Fulham trailing the top half. The bottom half is incredibly packed with 11 teams all within an 8 point range. The contest is extremely hard this year.
The Championship is extremely packed in the middle. The have played 4 more rounds than the Premiership, but here 13 teams are within an 8 point range starting with Leicester in 4th position and down to Preston in the 16th. League One is more widely spread from top to bottom, while League Two is characterized by a lot of teams crammed within few points.

I can see why I usually need a week to look at football charts. Yes, the Venus planetary hour covers the second half for each of the 3pm games.

Looking at the charts for games starting at the same time, I am throwing out ideas for thought on how the 'ebb and flow' of individual games may change, be it planetary hour, perfection of an aspect, planets crossing angles, if a chart is radical or not during this time. etc, etc

With the planetary hour of Venus, Venus is in mutual reception to Saturn, although there are no saturn teams playing. It is in the exaltation of Mars and the fall of Jupiter. Whether this would favour Stoke and Sunderland in the second half, is something to watch for.

Yes, this weekend has been rather manic - games galore!

Since Mars crosses an angle before Jupiter, I'm wondering whether Sunderland and Stoke will score first. This might be supported by what I said earlier re Mars being hour-ruler at the start of the games. Stoke being faves are much more likely to of course and this is reflected in the odds - Stoke, 1.83; Sunderland, 2.25. The double would give a return of 4.13.

Chelsea/Fulham
Although Moon (Fulham) is essentially stronger than Jupiter (Chelsea), it has the disadvantage of being in 12th, whereas Jupiter is in 10th. The Moon does get out of the 12th in the second half and Jupiter will be falling away in 9th, but I still feel Chelsea has the upper hand, especially as Jupiter will cross the MC in the first half. I'm considering a 'win to nil' at 2.10 which is better value than the straight win at 1.36.

As you say, it will be really interesting to watch the ebb and flow of these games.

Spurs/West Ham

I agree we have seen a lot of draws but with Spurs being such strong faves, I would prefer to see a supporting testimony for West Ham. Are you saying that antiscion Mars L7 conjunct Asc favours West Ham? I'm not too sure who it favours, to be honest, but since it's just below the horizon, I think it might be Spurs, so I'll go for them to win. How about 2-0?
