I think we live in a universe were there is room for both random and reason, chaos and order. There is coincidence and chance, but where there is coincidence there may more often than not be an incidence of reason hidden to our eye.

If darts are being thrown at a dart board, statestics will say that the dart is due to hit the bulls eye every so often according to a certain formula. But there is still a possible aim or intent of every dart thrown towards the board to be taken into account. Sometimes you a double top (20), while other times you need an odd number and a double 3.

Regarding tonight match I would put Spain on ASC too (using color method) dignities are not different so much and we have change of lord of hour in next 3min and with Sa stationary I think it will be draw in regular time.

Maybe football prediction is about looking around in the chart and looking for the different options and possibilities... The odds of 6:1 are very attractive.

The Chart
According to the bookmakers, this game is entirely open. Jupiter, Lord of the Hour, is in the same triplicity as Saturn, Lord of the ascendant. The LHr is also in the same sign as Venus, Lady of the 4th. I think this argues for a draw.

There are not a fat lot of applications going in in the chart, as the Moon separates from her aspect with both Neptune and the Sun. Her dispositor, Mercury, needs 1? (a little short of 2) to reach the next sign. However, Jupiter, LHr, is in the sign of Gemini and within 1? of the Moon's South node. Unibet are offering 6,25:1 for 0-0, and 6,50:1 for 1-1. I think one of these options are most likely, however, 2-2 is more attractively priced at 20:1.
Can anyone see such a number? If not, 1-1 at full time is my suggestion.

Who will advance? Mercury is dipositor of both the Moon and the Lord of the Hour, Jupiter. Mercury is mutual reception with the Moon and in the 7th house and in the same sign as the Sun, the natural ruler of Leo and Italy. I will cheer for England, but this could give Italy the upper hand.

If the colour system works it should give the edge to L7 Moon over a limited L1 Saturn. SA st on 9 cusp suggests a dull cautious q-final. MO applying to L4 could help England.

I do not know what to think. Sa/Italy is in conjunction with Part of Victory and Spica fixed star, one the other hand we have that Moon;s aspect with Ve/L4. What will prevail?

It's rather close with no clear indications, as others have said. Saturn as L1 is weak accidentally on the cusp of H9 but is elevated. The Moon (L7) in mutual reception with angular Mercury probably gives it to the desc team, but only in extra time or penalties. This looks like a rather dull game with that elevated Saturn.

The problem is who to give the asc and dsc. With no clear favourite I suppose we have to go with colour, but I'm not sure which kit England will wear. It is either the white Moon kit, or the dark Saturn kit!

Regarding the prospects of a draw, this is the 28th game of the tournament. There have been no 0-0 draws, no 2-2 draws and FIVE 1-1 draws! Seeing Jupiter, Lord of the Hour, with the Moon's South Node this appeals to my imagination as a '0-0' (can you see it?). Or the LHr in Gemini acts in doubles, and could efficuate a double digit 2-2 scoreline? The figure '2' reminds of the glyph of Jupiter, with the waxing Moon sat on his right shoulder, rising in the ascendant. It is a symbol of benevolance.

In a statistic sense there would be a due probability of either 0-0 or 2-2 appearing during the tournament. We ain't seen ether of them yet! The odds of 20:1 for 2-2 could be good in terms of risk/reward if there is an early goal and a fight to the bitter end.

Following Frawley Lord 7 is replaced by the Moon's dispositor, Mercury, to keep the Moon as the flow of the event. The Moon comes first to the opposition of the antiscion of Saturn at 7 14 Pisces and immediatily after that to the square of Venus, Lady 4, at 7 38 Virgo. So Great Britain (DC) should win tonight, probably very scarcely, in the penalties.
