Maybe someone here would also like to experiment with it 1) Annual Profections & Distributions/Circumambulations through the bounds https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/distr ... calculator - This tool calculates a displays Distributions through the a) bounds (1st outer wheel) + b) aspects to other planets (2nd outer wheel). - Bound lords and aspects are displayed also in the inner Annual profections wheel - and they are positioned to match the particular year of event. - Any optional planet can be set as the ruler and visually highlighted among other planets Example of default settings: ASC Distributions + Profections + Mercury highlighted (cca 0-100 life-time years) --- Default time-range can be set to the bigger mundane 360°/360years cycles for historical research - eg: 0-360 years; 360-720 years; 720-1080 years; etc Here is an example of US 1776 chart: (0-360 years) --- Bounds can be switched to other sub-perids like Decans, or 9th parts or 12th parts. 144 by Martin Gansten Indeed, it is visually impressive (if a little overwhelming for me personally). I wonder about the terminology, though: why say Distributions/Circumambulations rather than (primary) direction? Distribution is Ben Dykes's translation of qisma/divisio, and circumambulation is Robert Schmidt's translation of peripatos; neither has been around very long compared to direction, which is getting on for a millennium now in the western world (and has been used in English for at least 400 years). I regularly get people asking me if I use distributions (or, somewhat less often, circumambulations), and have to explain to them that those are just primary directions by another name.
