I see normal service has resumed!

I was quite pleased with the Friday night results, confimed my belief to stay away from similar games kicking off at the same time.

Tomorrow
Chelsea
Tottenham/Newcastle-I think this is the closest to call but will side with a Tottenham win due to the radical chart.
Most interesting game-Liverpool/Everton- Everton win

We're in total agreement :-|

You've hit the nail on the head there, John. Unless we have a personal interest in one of the teams, it's best to steer clear I think.

Since five faves have already won today, it's unlikely that all three will win tomorrow.
Tottenham/Newcastle-I think this is the closest to call but will side with a Tottenham win due to the radical chart.
Gosh, I thought this was the easiest one. Moon sextile Venus (L10) and trine ant Sun (L1). I've gone for 3-1.
I wasn't sure about Chelsea/Mboro but am now almost sure about Chelsea's win tomorrow.
Any particular reason, Gem? The chart is radical but, as you mentioned earlier, Moon sextiles Venus (L4). If we reverse the chart for colours, that would make more sense, but I've gone for a Chelsea win anyway by default, 1-0.

Looks like it's Liverpool who are going to fail then :( Even reversing for colours, there's still Moon opp ant POF. The other testimonies are Moon conj Jupiter (L7), sextile Venus (L10). Saturn sitting on the Asc doesn't look too hot either.

We all got the League One matches(on Friday) horribly wrong, dind't we? Let's blame the VOC Moon again!
I've got a lot of exciting things going on at the moment, but the Friday night games gave me nothing.

I am sure there is an explaination. Now I noticed that Capricorn, the exaltation of Mars, was on the IC in the Tranmere chart. Mars was conjunct Fortuna - maybe, in additional to the the VOC Moon, that is something to be taken into consideration. Mars, is in a pretty malicious state, in his fall and square the Sun.

I do not have a full explaination, but will report when I come up with something. :'

I have Moon aspecting Jupiter by conjunction before it aspects Venus?
With Jupiter in the Saturn's sign and the desc is saturn I viewed this as testimony for Newcastle. I also have the desc aspecting POF, by retrograde motion.
This, I took as moving the win away from Tottenham but with Saturn in the 1st the best I could see was a draw.

ManU game --asc aspects POF-ManU win-not radical
Tottenham game-- Desc aspects POF but chart radical, strengthening asc and with saturn in the first, I took the view this was sufficient for the asc to win

It is important to find out what makes the ManU game work. ManU are now in a default position and have been merciless in their last matches. The game against Villa started on the Dy of Saturn, in the Hr of the Sun with a Virgo ascendant.

Fortuna is on the MC, Saturn is in the same sign as the ascendant, Mercury opposes the ascendant, and the Moon applies to the Lord of the Hour. In fact the Moon translates from the Lord of the Dy to the Lord of the Hr. If anyone can come up with any ideas on what it takes to negociate with the Lord of the Day (which comes down to having the right connections, doesn't it?), that would be great!

I didn't include this aspect because I didn't think it favoured either side, but Saturn (L7) receiving Jupiter is an interesting way of looking at it.

This was my sole reason for going for ManU - default win.

The guy's a magician. I saw his back-heel goal on MOTD last night. Incredible!

Gem burst out laughing on this, and it really took time for it to sink in here. But from the perspective of a father trying to attend two different births at the same time, the moment would hardly be radical....

I have joined you in going for Everton today. The odds are 4.75:1
Then I have chosen Chelsea at 1.30:1. I entered one combination with a Spurs win against Newcastle, but another one with a draw at the price of 3,75:1. A draw here seems like a reasonable hiccup in the system/expectations.

I also expect Grimsby to be defeated by MK Dons. If MK Dons get going, they really know how to score so I entered ?2.50 on a 1-4 result at the odds of 38:1. My astrological reasoning here is equal zero. It just looked like a lucky number! :lala

You must have Jupiter strong in your chart, Andrew. Good luck :D
Ficina wrote: Any particular reason, Gem? The chart is radical but, as you mentioned earlier, Moon sextiles Venus (L4).
I thought it's not radical... isn't Saturn the LOH? No! It's Jupiter isn't it? I noted Saturn becomes the Lord at 13:36... it kicked-off around at 13:33. Saturn has only 3 mins. In such an instance, does it make sense to look at Saturn as well?
The chart is radical and the exalted Sun is trine the AC. Moon trine anti-Sun(the same in Chelsea/Mboro).

Re: ManU/A Villa, I'm quite happy with the testimonies given by John.

You've lost me on that one, if it is the Chelsea game we are talking about.
The game starts at 13.30 BST. I have the Hr of Mars with 13Leo asc. Have I got my logistics wrong again??

No goal festival between MK Dons & Grimsby yet..
Oh well, maybe the next time..
