by Andrew Bevan Somebody mentioned something about things in the chart that showed goals some time back. Could this be an 8th house issue? I mean, a goal may cause an 'identity crises' for one team and transform the match entirely as the ball successfully passes the goal line? Anyone else? http://www.astronor.com Quote Sun Jun 24, 2012 3:46 pm

by Tzadde 2-1 for Italy. It is possible 2-0 or 2-2, but I feel that Italy (Desc, the guest team) will score two times. Saturn is in Libra, retrograde and in nocturnal chart. He has only one dignity and two debilities. The Moon is in triplicity, in Hayz and she would rejoice in 8th if she was alone in Virgo, but we can see there is mutual reception with Mercury in 7th. The Desc team has more advantage. The goals... Mars for Asc team, Moon and Venus for Desc team. Mars is in his own term and in Hayz, which could show goals made by the Asc team. But Mars is not applying to any planet before he leaves Virgo (or before the game finishes), so that would make him void of course... So 0 or 1. The Moon is applying to Venus in Jupiter's term and face. Admittedly, Jupiter is the hour ruler and Cancer is his exaltation... Both Moon and Venus are in double Signs, so Italy should make at least two goals. So at least 2. Last edited by Tzadde on Sun Jun 24, 2012 4:43 pm, edited 1 time in total. Amor ordinem nescit. 148 by Andrew Bevan Frawley doesn't have an absolute opinion about his ability to predict the outfall of football matches. Confessed by the author at a conference. It is an approach and stops there. But it may still be a book of resources. We must battle the problem. http://www.astronor.com Quote Sun Jun 24, 2012 4:34 pm
by Goca Possible times for goals local time in first half: 9:50 10:5 10:16 10:24 If it is true I will explain how I came to this. Greetings, Goca http://www.astrosport07.webs.com http://fensi88.livejournal.com/ Quote Sun Jun 24, 2012 4:45 pm
by Andrew Bevan I put ?20 on the 2-2 scoreline at 20:1 odds and ?10 on the draw at 3:1 as a 'safeguard'. That is probably the last I will see of that money, but I really want to get a 'flat on' feeling of what Jupiter, Lord of the Hour, will deliver in the degree of the nodes in Gemini together with Venus, Lady of the 4th. http://www.astronor.com Quote Sun Jun 24, 2012 5:18 pm
by Andrew Bevan England 0 - 0 Italy!! Woops! I got my money back! Could have been goals! Three cheers for radicality by triplicity! http://www.astronor.com Quote Sun Jun 24, 2012 8:41 pm
by Andrew Bevan Italy won 4-2 in the penalty kick-out! Poor England! Quite frankly, that was a good round with great participation from Skyscript members. Most of us got the draw - Daz, GB and Johannes Suasto all seeing the match being decided on penalties. Predicting the correct scoreline was messy, although interesting. The 0-0 did turn up, being the first 0-0 draw of the tournament, although if I had put all my money on this I would probably have got drunk and shredded my ticket after the first 5 minutes! What a game! It was certainly not lacking on chances.!! Italy got the upper hand in the end. This was an option I went for, but the Italian advantage was also spotted by Tzaddle. The wealth of chances but lack of goals was interesting, too. It was as if Jupiter, LHr, in his detriment and conjunct the SN kept missing his final aim and was wasting things away. The Moon in Virgo in the 8th house, without application, may have had something to do with it. Mercury in Cancer, I think the Cancer glyph looks a bit like a 0-0 containment, too. Gemini duplicates. Libra balances. Other members who didn't get it right this time participated with valuable perspectives. It is all an important part of sorting things out! http://www.astronor.com Quote Mon Jun 25, 2012 7:22 am
by Andrew Bevan Semi-Final 1 - June 27. 2012 Portugal - Spain, 21.45 DST (+3) Donbass Arena Odds: 4,25 3,30 1,95 Asc 28CP47 MC 27SC36 Moon 14LI45 POF 7TA01 Day Mercury, Hour Venus - radical by triplicity Portugal, ruled by Pisces, is up against Spain, ruled by Sagittarius. These are the two domains of Jupiter. Spain are favourite by odds. Who will advance to the final? Venus, Lady of the Hour, is stationary. She disposes both the Moon, L7, and Saturn, L1, who are in the same sign, Libra, and she is in a sesqui-quadrate aspect to Saturn - as an issue for study. She is also dispositor of the Part of Fortune, who she beholds by a semi-sextile through signs of short ascension. Mercury is the most angular planet in the chart in Leo in the 7th house and he casts his antiscia to the cusp of the 4th. He is disposed by the Sun, who is a luminary and co-ruler of the 7th, and who is in sextile to POF. Venus, LHr, sits on the midpoint of the POF/Sun sextile. In short, POF sextile the Sun appears to be the aspect of highest importance in the chart and should do it for the favourite. Venus, Lady of the Hour, in the same sign as Jupiter in the masculine sign Gemini should give more leaning to Sagittarius than to Pisces. My chips stay with Spain. http://www.astronor.com Quote Mon Jun 25, 2012 3:28 pm
by Andrew Bevan We're getting close to the end of the tournament now and this is what my betcard looks like. Before the start of the competition I made the following stakes: Spain defending title: ?150 at 3,9:1 Spain/Germany in final: ?140 at 9:1 Spain/Croatia in final: ?35 at 55:1 Well, the ?35 on Spain/Croatia have been written off at this point, but I wanted a small position in case an outsider found the way. Now that we have reached the semi's the prospect of Spain and Germany meeting in the final is quite exciting. If this happens, there is a profit whether Spain defend the title or not. The best return is if Spain beat Germany in the final, which will be a battle and a half. If Germany mess up against Italy, I can still claim success if Spain succeed in the final. But the Spanish have to beat Portugal first. It could still go wrong... the reason I include this post is to share something on both conviction and risk evaluation. http://www.astronor.com Quote Tue Jun 26, 2012 12:00 pm
by Goca 2 days ago I cast the chart: Will Spain be winner of euro2012 again? Reigning champions Spain gets ruler of 10th house Ma. Others (Portugal, Italy or Germany) gets Ve rx as ruler, ruler of turned 7 house from 10th. Acc dig for Ma=6 for Ve=2 ess dig are in advantage for Ma. Ma conjunct POF. 0-1 Degrees of Leo(fixed sign) on ASC signify permanence and stability. Moon is VOC(nothing will change), so it seams Spain will be winner again. If my analyse is true, Portugal will lose tomorrow. Last edited by Goca on Tue Jun 26, 2012 3:39 pm, edited 2 times in total.
