Thank you. That's certainly one point of view and possible interpretation of this natal aspect.
There can be also different ways to interpret his chart, for example that he was so strongly motivated by his desire for power, to the point of becoming a martyr of his own ideas.

Alexei Navalny has this very difficult tight planetary picture in his natal chart: Pluto = Sun/Uranus

According to Ebertin's COSI this reads as "A radical reformer, the desire to rearrange things. - Tragic experiences, great physical suffering, sudden physical restriction (imprisonment)".

At the time of his death, solar arc Pluto was at 24:30 Scorpio, exactly opposite the transit Moon of the death chart (24+ deg Taurus). The tr Moon actually triggered this directed planetary picture.

If we attempt a slight "chart rectification" (hoping it won't turn into a "wrecktification") and use 1:24 PM as the birth time, instead of 1:30 PM, we will find the following natal planetary picture in addition: Mc = Sun/Pluto = Node/Mars.

Ebertin describes the Sun/Pluto midpoint as "The striving for power, the craving for rulership, the power of attainment". Under "Sociological Correspondences" he lists "Pioneers, fighters, persons accustomed to rule others, Martyrs of their own ideas.

Under the title "Probable manifestations" he writes:
+ Sudden advancement in life, the ability the establish and consolidate one's own position as a leader, the realization of new ideas.
- Physical suffering, martyrdom, Danger of life, separation by Providence (force majeure).

At the time of his death SA Mars and Transit Neptune both formed exact square aspects with the natal Mc, thus turning him into both a Hero and the Martyr.
(SA) Mars = (natal) Mc = Sun/Pluto "The desire to perform record achievements, over-exertion or over taxing one' s powers, ruthlessness - The tendency to work to the point of physical breakdown."
(transit) Neptune = (natal) Mc = Sun/Pluto "The undermining of health or of vocational position, Martyrdom".

Natal Mc = Mars/Node "The integration of one's own individuality into the community" (COSI)

The Sun is Hyleg in his chart reaching natal Saturn in the last degree of Cancer.

I think I will put the chart up because now that Navalny's Wife has spoken out its Venus and the Moon that are highlighted in the station chart (Saturn). So for today (19 Feb).

I'm not quite sure what interpretation to make but it points to a female at the heart of things on this day. Vertex is a fated often 'turning point' whilst venus/lilith = raw emotions. Sun transit Saturn Pisces (religious/martyr?) throws light on the death itself as it conjuncts on this very day.


Also going back to the actual event itself Neptune (poisons) as mentioned was semi-square ASC (0'0' exactly) but also the SUN (male person). So at least in my eyes anyway, it is highly accurate - to the second and I think we all agree for anyone a sad event.

Good question, Stella. It's what's known as a ''World Chart'' ie. set for Greenwich pertaining to World affairs although rightly its v. similar for the UK chart set for London.

I toyed with posting the one set for Russia which theoretically at least is from a Russian angle.

As far as I know, although NPT Poseidon is "a higher octave of Neptune". it has nothing to do with poison. Although in Navalny's Solar arc directed Chart Poseidon and Uranus are on the Aries Axis (on the 22:30 deg chart = 16th harmonic), in the death chart neither transit Mercury nor transit Poseidon are there.

Uranus/Poseidon stands for "Propaganda, Television, Moving pictures, signs of life, enlightenment, bringing into motion through ideas. truth, the light bearer, etc..."

In the 32nd harmonic, his solar arc Neptune/Apollon are also on the Aries axis, which stand for "Embezzlement, Large scale corruption, Massive deception, Pervasive dissolution, Chemistry, Science of the future, Occult science, Masses of air, gas or water".

Well Poseidon is at a square and is working stressfully.

More than that there is a t-square of Mercury 17 aq - Poseidon 18 sc - Uranus 19 tau so quite a volatile combination. Open to interpretation of course but Mercury is on 8th cusp and is the apex of the t-sq.

Yes, Sun conj Sat in Pisces and first degree of Pisces. Martyr is used in the headlines about him as well.

That Saturn at the nadir most of all is indicative of the mass deaths in Gaza I think as the Saturn station was on Nov 4th in the same week Israel forces began their revenge attack so most of all it is representative of all the sad souls who have lost their lives these past months.

Saturn on the Nadir is probably the worst placement it can possibly be in and with the Sun/Mars on the ASC the worst station I have seen. Maybe I will look at the Somme or Passchendaele to find one as negative.

The next Saturn station cannot possibly be as bad so we live in hope!

I would like to add that the Neptune/Admetos combination does not only indicate "deadly poison", but also very cold air, ice, freezing.
