After thinking about the 7th or 6th house or some other house representing an attorney who is employed by you, I would not use the 6th house simply because an attorney is a professional, not someone like a servant, or day-laborer. That said, I'm now inclined to use the 9th house since it rules the law and I would think lawyers as well, given its relationship to Jupiter. This makes sense as the transiting Jupiter is now conjunct my Sun and the outcome of his representation was very positive for me. Venus and Mars are in turned 8th house. 7th house should be for defendant unless and untill you are at variance with his/her attorney.
