It seems to me that moon being l12 would relate to the secretiveness of trying to find out what the quesited has been doing without asking him directly. You are being secretive in trying to discern what he is doing without going to him. I also think that Saturn being in Leo is more meaningful than the sun being in Saturn's house. I think he does really like you but you are fearful of him even though you like him very much. He has more room for you you are more cautious.

Yes, there's no option but to deal with it; I wouldn't want it if I could. It is a karmic relationship; it's only over when it's over, but it isn't.. the chart too indicates a long while.

In the meantime there is hazy communication, yet I feel direct confrontation won't solve the problem.
Also mars is in pisces, which is a weak position. It seems the forces are against the quesited, making his position very weak.
