I now see L10 conjunct POF, which may be good for Fulham. Anything else?
Yes, that was one of them, and it may be good for Fulham if they keep the Asc. Sun (L1) is in 7th, but that testimony hasn't been so reliable this season. The other testimonies are Moon's aspects, which you aren't too keen on  and which I agree aren't always helpful. Moon trine Saturn (L7) and Moon opp antiscion Mars (L10). All a bit of a mish-mash which is why I went for a draw.

It's a bit embarrassing to say this soon after what I've just written above, but I think the Moon trine Satrun(AVilla) in this case is a strong testimony because they are the faves. Anti-Moon opp L10 supports this but the Sun in 7 sextiling the MC is good for Fulham. So, after all I missed so many testimonies :,

It now occurred to me that I'll have to re-look at all the Newcastle charts in the past :-sk Too daunting to even think about it...

Nothing making sense so far today, or rather, back to the drawing board. Ajax - Feyenoord 3-0, Hibernian - Rangers 0-0, Barcelona - Osasuna 0-0. So much for both outside-bets and favourites. :,
Edit: Barcelona-Osasuna 1-0

I would prefer, to agree upon a 'Match of the Day', that we all have virtually the same verdict on the game. We don't seem to have agreed on the Newcastle-'Brough match, so then I can't see that this helps us.

Silly Newcastle threw the game away in the last five minutes. Rather an eventful game with as many goals disallowed as allowed! Of the 9 Premier League games played so far this weekend, 5 have ended in draws  This doesn't bode well for my Fulham/Villa prediction.....

Well, for Ajax : Feyenord match (Amsterdam 12:30 PM -1 , Asc 14 Gem) I found strong testimony for favourite in applying trine between Moon and PoF.
Astrowin: Moon at 00 Cap50, PoF 01Tau 06

Hooray! After many pathetic results today - Ghana seems to have got the winning goal against Nigeria! That means that all I am missing now is The Ivory Coast winning against Guinea, then I have a completed a triplet from yesterday with 3.67:1 in odds and another multiple combination of 4 games today giving 2.70:1.

Now I feel optimistic. It like everything was going wrong, but instead it might just be another day in the plus. 8) :'

Way to go Andrew. I appreciate your detailed monthly review of the matches. A summary of the astro techniques you continue to find effective with these successful predictions will be helpful to all of us continuing to learn and add to our match toolkit. Continued success!

I wish this was easy. It is not. Many of the things I thought seemed reasonable today ended up messy. Yet, everything ended well in the end. Ficinia and Gem seemed to have a nice thing going and came up with Fulham! That was terrific!

One of Sunday's showdowns must have been Siena beating Roma 3-0. I seem to recall the price on that victory being 6.50:1. Winning by one goal would have been enough - but 3 goals!! Now that is what I call power! I had got nothing on the game but it still attracts my attention.

Wish I had... We found a few testimonies for Fulham but I simply couldn't imagine Fulham, who are battling against relegation, beating Villa! Testimonies involving Moon once again proved to be unreliable.

Egypt - Angola, 17.00GMT, Kumasi
Odds: 1.80 3.30 4.50
Day Moon, Hour Sun - Asc Cancer. The chart is not radical which could possibly indicate a move off the favourite and it seems lacking of testimonies. Egypt have been strong so far, but this match could just as easily end 0-0. I don't know whether it's worth a try. Which team will advance? Should this question be judged from when the match starts, or from when we start extra time?
Correction: The game started in the hour of Mars who ruled the Asc by triplicity! The chart was radical and no need to move the game away from the favourite.

Tunisa - Cameroon, 20.30 GMT, Tamale
Odds: 3.45 3.20 2.10
Day Moon, Hour Moon - Asc Virgo, the Moon's by triplicity.
This might be a hint in advantage of the favourite. Mars is AL7 and located in the 10th. I'm going with Cameroon. Hindsight comment: Day Moon, Hr Moon, Moon VOC, trine Asc. - the full time draw?

Um, no, I went for a draw :(

Same here. It was a surprise result. In fact it was a strange weekend with only 3 faves winning in the Prem League and one of those (Wigan) was a very marginal fave.
Testimonies involving Moon once again proved to be unreliable.
Well, it depends how you look at it. I couldn't decide who got the Asc but with hindsight it must have been Fulham. They had 3 testimonies: Sun in 7th, Mars conj PoF and Moon opp ant Mars. I don't think I'd have considered those strong enough to beat Villa, even though they were at home. I guess it was a case of quantity over quality. Villa had one testimony, Moon trine Saturn, which indicated that they would score. The result was 2-1.

My prediction for Newcastle/Boro was 2-1, result 1-1. My prediction for Fulham/Villa was 1-1, result 2-1. Next week I'd better make my predictions standing on my head! :lala
