Thats the part of children. The lines just link planets that are forming oppositions and squares between them and the significant houses I looked at.

I took a look at the horary and feel it is right to tell the woman that she will have few children, but that she may have children. She does not have children in the present as the Moon in is in barren Aries and on the antiscia of Saturn. But Saturn is lord of the hour and proves the chart radical and the Moon is in the 11th of her hopes and wishes. While Saturn does not deny her a child all together, he indicates delay. The next aspect of the Moon is her square to Mercury, L5, who receives the Moon by both domicile and face. This aspect shows perfection.

Mars on the cusp of the 5th. Mars disposes the Moon, Mercury disposes Mars, the Moon disposes Mercury. Furthermore, Mars is in the exaltation degree of Mercury and applies to the lord of the 11th, Jupiter. Jupiter is in his own fall but has dignity by term. Jupiter holds dignities on the cusp of the 5th and in the place of Mars by term, and he receives Mars' application in the sign of Mars' exaltation. The 11th house and its lord shows relief. Jupiter can get the job done, that is for sure. Observing that the Moon needs a little less than 4 degrees to reach Mercury, I think that she should relax and put this matter to rest in the short term and view her wishes within a time-frame of four years. In the mean time there may be other matters that she wants to give priority and sort out in the correct manner.

I didn't study this horary on this question but just a quick comment here is worth noting I think:

One of the first rules you learn in Horary is that it can not promise anything that is not promised in the natal chart.

As such, I would never rely on a horary for such a question if I had the true birth time as we have here. The natal is always more reliable for such things. The natal is the blue print of your life.

And this rule most especially holds true where you have a questionable horary as we have here. There are no questionable natal charts.

I always found the horary more specific in predicting detail. The natal chart, on the other hand, appears to describe a path of alternatives where the final outcome can be traded.

With the aid of modern medicine there has to be obvious reasons for saying that a woman may not become a mother in our present times. However, it would be possible to debate whether the woman would become pregnant by natural causes or need aid and attention.

My experience with female clients is that they occasionally tend to worry or stress with the question of womanhood, although there may be no need. I think this is natural instinct. Most questions of this kind are a matter of timing. The woman is 31 years. It is not unnatural for a woman of this age to begin to ask about the question of motherhood. It is also not unnatural to become a mother at the age of 35. In fact, she may still become a mother late into her 40's without causing a medical sensation. Unless there is something quite extraordinary with the woman that prevents her from bearing a child, I would suggest that the woman still has plenty of time to may preparations in direction of fulfilling her wishes.

Hi Stan:

I found the title to this horary question interesting because you can be fertile, yet not destined to have a child.

I am a perfect example of that as is my sister; Neither of us had children but we are/were both fertile. And it is shown in our natal charts that we would not have children by choice. In my case, my husband(s) didn't want children and I didn't have the strength to do it on my own. My sister chose not to marry or have children. And that is shown in her natal as well, no marriage or children.
