That's a good note but I doubt it is anything special. Lots of people are born during an eclipse, and I suspect the Fortune/10th house placement in the 1st is a reflection of his fame rather than his financial gain in particular. That's interesting how his chart really isn't that eminent. His Sun is the sect light in the Fortune 5th, which is good and talks about his interest in investments, and Mercury, Saturn, and Jupiter are all mediocre. Mars being in an angle to all the Lots is pretty good. I expected more...

As its a day chart I wouldn't attribute as much significance to the Moon here. However, the Sun is strongly in sect and in hayz. In a diurnal sign and quarter in a day chart. In the fortunate 11th house and conjunct the North Node. The Sun is again emphasized by the royal sign Leo as the ascendant sign. All these together are strong indicators of eminence. The Sun is in aversion to its domicile dispositor. However, it is in antiscia to Mercury. The Sun is in the bound of Saturn. The latter in detriment in the 12th house. If would be interesting to study if this planet was prominent during his financial problems during the early 1990's.

Getting back to the Moon we do have it in the 11th place of acquisition disposited by Jupiter.

I am just saying that because the Moon was below the earth and therefore the Moon was invisible in this location I give it less emphasis. If I recall correctly this was the approach Ptolemy and later astrologers such as Cardano adopted regarding eclipses.

I also give a lot of focus to planetary sect. The Moon here is out of sect and in a diurnal sign. Its also conjunct the South Node.

I am not trying to impose this interpretation on anyone else. Its just my outlook.

I thought some people might like to see Trump's chart displayed with the Lot of Fortune in the 1st. Unfortunately, my software insists on presenting this in Equal house but its clear enough. As its a full Moon birth both the Lot of Fortune and Spirit are very close to each in the same house. Lot of Spirit is at 19'39 Aquarius.

I know. I phrased my initial statement a little awkwardly by mentioning the Moon when I just should have noted the eclipse. I don't know that a lot of work has been done with people born on the day of an eclipse, and I'm not sure that there is a whole lot to it. Perhaps the degree has special significance for these people. I don't know. It was just a question.

So, for instance, horoscopes of people like Donald Trump or Dick Cheney(rich guy too) are look like loser's charts - no essential planet's dignities and little of accidental dignities.
Nevertheless those "losers" are ruling the world.

Tom, Lincoln's chart has a lot more dignity than Trump's chart. Ghandi's chart is ok too but he's more like Trump. He's got Moon in the 11th in the natal and then in the 12th of the Fortune chart. I think his Spirit is in Sagittarius and that places a diurnal Saturn with Spirit.
