No, because there have been a few recent examples where the faves haven't won even though the chart was radical. The Prem games on Sunday and the Uefa Cup 1st leg semis last week.

The asc in the final minutes of arc of Libra proves the chart not radical. Not radical in the final degree of a sign. Isn't that essentially what the classics say? So the moment was good for the underdog..

We have the same aspect in the Fiorentina/Rangers chart, as Andrew mentioned. There are a lot of other testimonies too. Apart from those Andrew listed, there's Moon sextile Jupiter (L4) and Moon trine Mars (L1) which is slightly over 5 degrees. Mercury (L10) is in 7th.
