Privacy is a 4th house concern - being opposite, as it is, of the 10th house of public recognition.

An ideal reason for a network

The ninth house is the house of moral character foundations-it's interpretation could be explained by elements (Jupiter-Neptune) that help create evolution on many expansive levels of expression, appearing for the betterment of mankind. With that being said networking which inlists ideals coming together for the common good always involves brighter higher-minded individuals to accomplish an interconnectedness that hopefully has the aim to enrich society as a whole; hence the evolution theory-ergo publication, television etc.

The 11th house is the 3rd house from the networking 9th house. (communication for these hopes) Uranus rules a multitude of individuals sharing in these ideals, which is commerce of the 10th ways and means ($$ of big Daddy to produce).

Is it not reasonable to think that the 9th house is the 'ways & means' of the most energetic expression that touches a population-society for the best results of any type of network interpretation, title?

I have had trolls visit my not for profit websites, over the years, harassing me with persistent, rude emails, stealing my personal photos and copyrighted graphics, without my written permission, sending me photoshopped pornographic scenes with my personal likeness on it and things that my local police department have had to investigate.
