On Frawley conj and opposition are the only aspects of LORDs of ASc-DSC to the PART can be followed, so testimonies number 2 and 4 aren't valid.

I am not sure I agree with Frawley on that, UBER. It might seem like an attempt of narrowing things down, but I find GEMS observations as relevant and interesting.

This one is really a tough one. Leverkusen won the first round 1-0 and are favourites to advance, although Hamburg are favourites at home. The game is played on the Dy of Mercury and the Hr of Mars. I would judge this to be an hour of mischief. The chart is not radical. However, the lord of the Dy does agree with the ascendant. Mars is an infortune and more apt to cause a disturbance or turn of the tables. Mars disposes Fortuna. Fortuna is conjunct Algol and this indicates someone will have difficulty defending their crown position. The combust Uranus is on the cusp of the 7th and this, I believe, may prove hazardous for the guests.

The Moon is L11, the house of relief. She is in her exaltation and applies by a dexter aspect through signs of short ascension to her dispositor Venus, who receives her in her face. The square is converted to a sextile and the dexter aspect shows someone defending their home ground. The Moon translates the virtue of Mercury, L10, to her dispositor, Venus. Venus is in the 30th degree of Aquarius - so it shows someone coming through in the 12th hour. It feels like a long shot, but my interest goes with Hamburg.

No money on it, but note it down so we can pick the details apart later.

I am quite pleased really, although Leverkusen advances to the next round on scoring an away goal. I forgot this rule when passing judgement. A 1-0 victory to Hamburg would have lead to extra rounds before a penalty kick-off.

Leverkusen took the lead twice before Hamburg equalized and then got the winning goal after 80 minutes. I wonder whether Jupiter, L7, in own terms, trine Asc - played a part in providing Leverkusen the final advancement.

Jupiter is warm and moist. This is the nature of Venus, which also the qualities or powers of the element air.

In the hour of Jupiter the chart is proven radical by Sagittarius or Pisces on the ascendant (domicile), Cancer (exaltation), Taurus or Libra (same powers as Venus), or Gemini and Aquarius (same powers as the sign on the asc.) and Aries or Leo by night (triplicity). In another order: Aries (night), Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo (night), Libra, Sagittarius, Aquarius and Pisces.

In addition to this the chart, may be proven radical by the lord of the hour and the lord of the ascendant being in the same triplicity, or that they aspect each other, or that the lord of the hour casts an aspect to the radical ascendant.

In case of the Libra ascendant in the hr of Jupiter there is a double testimony of radicality: agreement with both the sign on the asc and it's ruler. This would also be the case in the hr of Mars with Leo rising, but not in the hr of the Sun with Scorpio rising. But if Aries is rising in the hr of the Sun by day there is agreement by both exaltation, triplicity, natural powers (ie warm and dry) and with the powers of Mars.

There are so many different combinations and relationships formed between the lord of the hr and the radical ascendant and its lord. This is the cause of my fascination with the subject. Of course it is not a matter of 'Black or White', and of course these combinations are trying to tell us something else.

I never cease to wonder over that when a question is posed at a moment when the natural sign of the lord of the hr is on the ascendant, i.e. Libra rising in the hr of Venus, the question always gets asked back to front (ie. Is a ship cast away? No - and I really meant to ask regarding its safety. When will I meet a potential partner? Well - actually I have already met the guy I've got in mind.. etc)
