I am talking about Saturn's aspect by retrograde motion to the point of Ascendant.

Asc is Cancer 29deg 27 min
Saturn is Virgo 29 deg 47 but retrograde and approaching the ascendant point by sextile. It finds its point of exactitude (in ephemeris)within the dates mentioned.
