by Andrew Bevan Xanthi - AEK Athens 18.00 GMT, could be another good one tonight with Saturn, L7, in exact conjunction with PoS(n) in favour of Athen. It is not entirely black for the home team, though, with Sun, L1, in trine MC (although through signs of L.A.). The antiscia between Sun and Venus, L10, is wide compared with the exactness of Saturn and PoS(n) [PoF]. It is if things changed with Mercury entering Aquarius, and both ME+Ju breaking away from the Suns beams. Also, it appear to wait until the correct astrological situation occurs. Gem - I felt for you when Chelsea got that final goal! http://www.astronor.com Quote Wed Jan 09, 2008 4:07 pm
by Ficina Ficina I see no Moon-Jupiter and anti-POF in 7th in the chart... Chelsea/Everton 8 Jan 19:45 AC 27 Leo 31 I've just checked the chart and realised I entered 8 Feb by mistake, duh! Sorry to hear you lost money on it, Gem, and no, I didn't put any money on those weekend draws - typical! Quote Wed Jan 09, 2008 6:48 pm
by Gem The Aresenal-Spurs match is kicking off at 20:00, not 19:45!! With the AC at 0 Virgo, it now looks much better for Spurs. Anti-Moon is conjunct IC and anti-Mercury is in 4th... Quote Wed Jan 09, 2008 7:42 pm
by Andrew Bevan Oh no! They changed the times!!? That's hardly fair.. Arsenal were all-sorts. And yet another draw.... A fair result I dare say. I think it is worth thinking what happened with Athens. Sevilla - Barcellona, a draw again It takes time to find the perfect chart. Obviously, half-chances are no good. ------------- Ficina, will you look at the game between Tranmere and Bristol Rovers. Moon early Pisces is opp asc. in the 7th moving toward the body of Uranus, who is sextile the MC. PoS(n)[PoF] is square Jupiter. I think thsi is advantage the Bristol who are the underdogs by odds? http://www.astronor.com Quote Wed Jan 09, 2008 10:10 pm
by Gem The game was delayed because of crowd congestion. It's so annoying the kickoff time gets delayed especially when we get different Lords 1 and 7. I had put money on arsenal too based on the 19:45 chart(looked like it was a safe bet). Spurs dominated the game most of the time and they deserved to win but seeing the distance Moon had to travel to the next aspect (8 degs), a draw was 'reasonable'. Quote Thu Jan 10, 2008 10:12 am
by Gem Andrew As you're specifically asking Ficina's opinion, I'll keep my mouth shut but to point out that there appears to be no POF/POS square jupiter and Uranus sextile MC is separating. AC is at 28Leo. Last edited by Gem on Thu Jan 10, 2008 12:20 pm, edited 1 time in total. Quote Thu Jan 10, 2008 10:26 am
by Ficina I agree that the chart appears to favour Bristol Rovers but, as has been noted before, the games in the lower divisions often do not respond well to astrology. Moon close to Desc looks good but it's in a different sign so the testimony is weakened. Moon trine antiscion Mars (L4) is usually an indication that the Desc team will score. The question is, as ever, are these testimonies sufficient to turn over an odds-on fave playing at home? Moon sextile its dispositor, Jupiter, could be a weak testimony for the faves, Tranmere, but this needs testing. Gem, please don't keep your mouth shut Quote Thu Jan 10, 2008 11:31 am
by Andrew Bevan Hi Gem! Stay with me. No offense meant! Yes, I have Asc 27LE 47, POS(n) 25VI17. I will simply have to order some new specs (fact). There is a square POS to Mars and Jupiter is square the antiscia POS, orb 33'. Can we agree on that, or are my calculations still upside down? The Arsenal draw yesterday was not good for me either and spoilt 2 or 3 combinations. Anyhow, that's all a part of the game - and obviously things were meant to go a little different than scheduled. Which is interesting in itself. Upside down calculations may have worked well last night. Crowd congestion - that's South Node Ascendant, isn't it? I also thought - a game has two halfs. Any idea whether there is a Solar and Lunar half, or diurnal and nocturnal? 57 by Ficina I have Asc 27LE 47, POS(n) 25VI17 I have Asc 28,25 Leo and PoF at 8 Libra, so Jupiter is applying to square it, as you said originally, Andrew. Quote Thu Jan 10, 2008 11:42 am
by Gem Sorry I mis-calculated POS. I'll have to get myself a calculator. Crowd congestion - that's South Node Ascendant, isn't it? Possibly. also thought - a game has two halfs. Any idea whether there is a Solar and Lunar half, or diurnal and nocturnal? Not sure what you mean... Gem, please don't keep your mouth shut Saying that to a person with a strong Gemini emphasis... Very sweet of you (Hope you'll not regret it...) Quote Thu Jan 10, 2008 12:14 pm
by Andrew Bevan You might like to hear it twice then, Gem. Please gives us what you've got! Two half's - is there any way we can detect what belongs to the first half and the second half from an event chart? http://www.astronor.com Quote Thu Jan 10, 2008 12:24 pm
