Sunday's games
In the Championship:
Nottingham F - Leeds, 13.15 BST
Odds: 1,85 3,35 4,00
Asc 8?51 MC 24?08 Moon 6?51 POF 23?07
Day Sun Hour Mars - radical by sign
Although the chart is radical, I can help but hope Leeds will impress in this game. Mars is L1, but as LHr he is conjunct and disposed by Venus, L7. I notice that the Sun, L10, is inconjunct POF - and besides, POS is 24?34 and conjunct the MC - so I don't mind going with some old time hero's. :)

Premiership:
Liverpool - Arsenal, 16.00 BST
Odds: 2,40 3,25 2,85
Asc 6?06 MC 6?27 Moon 8?26 POF 21?50
Day Sun, Hour Venus - powers with Jupiter
The chart is radical and Venus has the OK from Jupiter to administrate the chart. The Sun opposes POF, yet the Moon casts her antiscia to POF and is closer. The Moon in Scorpio is good for Liverpool (ruled by Scorpio), but Jupiter, L1, is sooo in opposition to Saturn. Venus applies to Mars, L4, and as LHr she is in the same sign as Saturn, who opposes L1. Someone will win - I think Arsenal have the edge.

Anyone with any thoughts on the games in Denmark on Sunday. All the 3 top games have individual starting times. And look at this one:

Brondby - Esbbjerg, 18.00 CEST Copenhagen
Odds: 1,50 3,80 6,85
Asc 27SG25 MC 8SC55 Moon 9SC00 POF 13PI42
Day Sun, Hour Mercury - not radical
Saturn opposes L1. Mercury, LHr, rules the 7th. Pluto casts his antiscia to the ascendant, but most important - the Moon in her FALL is conjunct the MC. Anyone favour the underdog? Esbjerg's statestics are terrible. They have lost all their last 4 matches and let inn 11 goals.

I've been thinking about this Esbjerg game and looking at the statestics. The teams were about evenly rated last year, but it looks as if Brondby will be too strong for them as things stand. The Moon is angular and Brondby is a Copenhagen team (Cancer) - the question is the Moon being in her fall and whether lack of radicality will move the result away from the favorite. The angular Moon suggests that the chart is tight enough to deliver something - one way of another.

The 16.00 CEST game seems more open - at a spectacular price.
Randers - Lyngby, 16.00 CEST
Odds: 1,60 3,75 5,45
Asc 1SG41 MC 4LI16 Moon 7SC51 POF 16AQ54
Day Sun, Hour Sun (Venus by Plac.) - radical by tripl. (or powers ruler)
Jupiter, L1, is on the 4th opposite Saturn, culminating. Saturn is sextile the Asc through signs of long ascension. Lyngby might get something out of this game - if only a draw.

I have still been experementing with the colour method, regardless of whether it is a game of individual start time or not.

Liverpool's home kit is red - Mars.
Arsenal's away kit is - yellow shirt, current-red shorts, probably, will be playing all yellow - Sun

Mars is in angular 10th, Sun in succedent 8th - + Mars, - Sun
Mars is conjunct Venus, L of hour + Mars,
Mars is the dispositor of Moon + Mars
APOF conjuncts Moon means that the ASC team should get it. ASC is Liverpool, Jupiter in Aries (red).

So my prediction is Liverpool.

Liverpool - Arsenal 1-1
We both got this one wrong. We will have to work on it. Two red cards, by the way.
Nottingham F - Leeds 1-1
I am quite please with this one. Radicality saved Notts F and the Sun inconj POF pushed the result away from the favourite. That's the way it should work. :'
Randers - Lyngby 2-1
Almost for Lyngby. It was 1-1 at half-time. Better luck next time

I've done some thinking: I think that what we are looking for in terms of football prediction is a qualified guess (or opinion). We don't understand the elements of the game well enough to talk in absolutes, as yet. However, it it possible that every chart is a continium and that the best charts are like horary charts and describes the details of the teams, their past and where they are coming from, before there can be any judgement on the future.

I think that the problem is the lack of algorythm how to read sport charts.

I must admit I got it wrong but I nevertheless seem to be on the right track now. Liverpool held it until 90 when came an own goal. It is a hard stuff to assess a number of contradictory factors. The same is the choice of significators. I picked out the Sun as significator of Arsenal, probably, it was better to choose Mercury, L7. Nevertheless both significators are above the horizon, Mars is better accidentally placed but is in his detriment.
I have observed that Venus as L of hour prefers draws if 2 equal teams play.

If I had simply used Jupiter, L1, and Mercury, L7, as significators, I should have concluded that the game would end in draw. Why? Jupiter is R, R planets usually are unable to hold the result they need.

Monday evening games:

Denmark
Midtjylland - Aalborg,
19.00 CEST
Odds: 1,75 3,55 4,50
Asc 8CP36 MC 21SC23 Moon 23SC05 POF 7AR58
Day Moon, Hour Mars - exalted in Asc
I am going for Midjtylland because Mars, LHr, is in the same sign as Saturn, L1. The Moon, L7, is close the MC and applies to her square with the Sun - but the luminaries may represent the favourite. Saturn is opposite Jupiter.

England
ManU-Newcastle,
20.00 BST
Odds: 1,20 6,00 13,00
Asc 9AQ57 MC 9SG36 Moon 24SC12 POF 10TA20
Day Moon, Hour Sun - not radical
But Jupiter, L10, is a perfect opposition to Saturn, L10, who is exalted. Venus, who is in the same sign as, and disposes, Saturn - is sextile the MC and trine the Asc. - so I do not challenge the favourite on this one.

Total odds: 2,10:1

Holy Jupiter!
That Midtjylland - Aalborg match sent shivers down my spine.
The comparison is yesterdays match Liverpool - Arsenal. First Mitjylland got a player sent off early in the game, then they took the lead 1-0 before half time. In the 2nd half the guests got a man sent off, too, before they equalized. Midtjylland actually scored an own goal - and 1-1 was identical with the Liverpool - Arsenal match (two reds and an own goal)

Fortunately, Midtjylland found the net in the 9th minute - and so far I am still on track! C'mon ManU! :P
-------------------------------------
ManU - Newcastle 3-0
A pity for Newcastle - but I double my money on this evenings sport.

Four games for Tuesday evening:

Europe League, qualifying
Besiktas - HJK Helsinki
, 18.00 CEST Istanbul
Odds: 1,20 5,75 11,00
Asc 5AQ05 MC 27SC08 Moon 5SG39 POF 16TA05
Day Mars, Hour Moon - not radical
But Besiktas are going to take some beating and with the Moon, LHr, sextile the Ascendant. The favourites should get it. Wtihout anything going for the underdogs we should need no furter testimony, but the antiscia of Saturn, L1, is trine the MC. Ficina, have you seen this valid previously. It would still be advantage Besiktas.

Champions League, qualifying
Young Boys - Spurs,
20.45 CEST Bern
Odds: 4,80 3,60 1,70
Asc 0PI11 MC 15SG56 Moon 7SG08 POF 12GE33
Day Mars, Hour Saturn - not radical
Jupiter, L1 and L10, is opposed by Saturn, LHr. This cannot be good for the home team, besides I have Tottenham down as ruled by Saturn, in my personal notes over the past 2 years. POF receices the trine of Mars. Spurs are in for a good chance.

Rosenborg - Copenhagen, 20.45 CEST Trondheim
Odds: 2,20 3,20 3,30
Asc 25CP53 MC 18SG59 Moon 7SG08 POF 8TA16
Day Mars, Hour Moon - not radical
This is a dicey one. Rosenborg are undefeated on their home pitch in the Norwegian elite league this year. Yet this chart is not radical. The Moon, LHr, is inconjunct POF and Mercury, L4, is square the Midheaven. I am going for a draw.

England, Conference: All the games start at the same time, but on the basis of the details I will be watching for away favourites.
Bath - Rushden & Diamonds, 19.45 BST
Odds: 3,00 3,30 2,10
Asc 8AQ22 MC 6SG53 Moon 7SG08 POF 20LE45
Day Mars, Hour Moon - not radical
With comparison to the Beatles hit "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", in this chart the Moon is Lady of the Hour and culminating in the South. The Sun, L7, in his own sign Leo in the 7th. The favourites are playing away. It is an attractive price.

The combination of 4 matches gives an odds of 13,7:1, but a safer alternative is backing Besiktas and Spurs at 2:1. Putting ?1 on the quadruple and ?2 on the double is a good strategy. :)

1 out of 4 right! Terrible!
I think I am apt discontinue this diaglogue with myself for the time being. The purpose of logging it here it to see whether anything actually appears to be working - or whether "we" / "I" are kidding ourselves. There could be circumstances where the 'system works - but under what circumstances? I can't figure out the rules, as yet.

Besiktas 2 - 0 HJK Helsinki :'
Rosenborg 2 - 1 FC Copenhagen :? :)
Young Boys Bern 3 - 2 Tottenham H. :,
Bath City 2 - 1 Rushden & Diamonds :,

I could turn around and say that" - Aha, the Moon in the South is favorable for a Bath," or maybe the Moon inconjunct POF in the Rosenborg match will prove that Copenhagen prevails when the return match is played in Denmark - but yet it is too messy for my liking and profile in other work.

Other remarkable results today which converged away from favoritism but which are rather interesting;
Dynamo Kyiv 1 - 1 Ajax Amsterdam
Standard Liege 1 - 1 Real Madrid
Altrincham 2 - 2 Darlington
Monaco 0 - 0 Montpellier
In each of these cases I was monitoring the underdog (no bet) and the game ended a draw...

You should not lay down your arms, Andrew. :' I am grateful that you have been so active in sharing your views. You are not kidding yourself, unfortunately wrong conclusions are the bitterest part of training.

You said that there could be circumstances under which the system works. I do agree with you.

There is the first aphorism, however it needs more testing, radicality by exaltation is the first convincing argument that the fave should win. So far I have 5 charts, 4 with Capricorn ASC and Mars as the ruler of hour, and 1 with Aries ASC and the Sun as the ruler of hour. So far 100% correct. All of them were risk games, odds on both sides over 2, except Midtjylland - Aalborg, where the odds were lower, which you also analysed. Radicality by exaltation proved its efficiency and strength.
4 days ago I analyzed the chart Dinamo Bucuresti - Rapid Bucuresti,
ASC Aries, hour Sun. On that indications I decided that Dinamo Bucuresti should win. After HF when Dinamo Bucuresti was down 2:0, I decided that the system is not working, probably, because Mars, L of ASC and significator of Dinamo Bucuresti (playing in red) is in his detriment in Libra. But suddenly it worked. Dinamo Bucuresti scored 3 and won the game.

This aphorism is true regardless of Moon's aspects, VOC or not, and whether she applies to angles from a cadent house which, according to Ficina, unless my memory fails, is an indication for the underdog. 8)
