The members of the FDP and the Left are not interested in new elections because most of them would then lose their jobs.

Even the AfD members of Bundestag could take tactics and confirm Scholz. A majority for Olaf Scholz would be entirely conceivable. Then there would be no new elections and Germany would sink into complete chaos.

i suppose it is appropriate for the conference to take place in munich- germany for a few reasons, although i don't know the historical reasons for this - they would be interesting to know.. this conference has happened about 1 week before the elections in germany, which heightens the focus on how europe and germany will proceed here with the revelation that the leader of nato - usa - wants to end the war and is negotiating with russia to do so, while excluding europe and ukraine.. just how the people of germany process this - i have no idea..

my viewpoint is a state of unhappiness with no clear ideas on how to move forward here on germanys part will describe the fractured reality resulting from this upcoming election... as someone mentioned, olaf scholz looks like a headless chicken at this point.. we have no specific charts for 2 of the leading german candidates -fredrich merz and alice weidel, only day charts.. these 2 leaders are at present the front runners with merz as leader of CDU and weidel as leader of AFD.. the first one is pro endless war, and the other not... both apparently tried to amalgamate on the topic of less immigration - unsuccessfully... although a taboo was put in place over anyone making a partnership with AFD, a reflection of the degree of polarization taking place and being maintained within germany..

i have done a solar return chart from the germany 1871 chart in sidereal zodiac.. below is the solar return for 2025, which just transpired recently january 1st...
the chart contains a jupiter-saturn square which implies to me that any political outcome from this election will not have the desired result of harmony given these 2 planets are in square... saturn is in the upper square in the 12th house using whole sign houses.. jupiter rules the late pisces ascendant from the 3rd whole sign house.. the sun, ruler of the 6th is the most angular planet.. the mars-pluto opposition squares onto the ascendant, but out of sign... both these last 2 astrological details suggests continued tension and unresolved conflict that isn't going to evaporate upon this feb 23rd election call.. additionally this mars-pluto opposition aligns by trine/sextile with the nodal axis which suggests it will be an additional stress factor here..

alice wiedel as leader of the afd is at about 20-22 %.... bsw is at about 5%... it is possible the afd and bsw could form a coalition if either of these 2 parties get a higher percentage of the vote, or the one for friedrich merz party is lower... olaf scholz seems like dead man walking at this point..

the articles highlight the green party member annalena baerbock who has served as germanys foreign affairs minister since 2021 seems determined to highlight the need for spending on preparation for war to such an extent that the continued deterioration in the standard of living in germany with the social benefits that germans have gotten used to, is set for the trash heap if he agenda can be implemented once the election is passed.. friedrich merz is also very pro military spending - both in response to the trump admin wanting to get europe to stand on it's own feet for its security needs...

it will be an interesting election as it really is a vote for more spending on prep for war and defense spending over the ukraine conflict, verses addressing the challenging society situation, with the inclusion of a wide open immigration policy, in many respects a direct byproduct of the various wars in the vicinity of europe that germany has also contributed to in a secondary position to usa-uk, or as a member of nato and follower of usa foreign policy agenda..

so no matter what the outcome of the election, it seems the mars energy is being highlighted for good and bad... i suppose a fear of strangers - saturn - is also being highlighted, but this is not by accident, but directly a result of all the wars of the past 20 or so odd years in the surrounding area of europe..
