I have found (in my limited experience doing sport charts, mind you) that a VOC Moon favours the faves, as it proved in the Arsenal and Derby charts.

I have tried two combinations here, both suggesting that the away team should score but the home team wins. In the first combination I suggest Tottenham 2-1 with Sunderland 3-1 (odds 175:1) . In the second combination I decide to try the law of alternation and go for Tottenham 3-1 and Sunderland 2-1 (odds 187:1).

From my statistics regarding Moon at 29th degree in sign I have the followings:

- Home win 42,62% compared with 37,85% average Home win
- Draw 25,41% compared with the average 26,98%
- Away win 31,97% compared with average 35,17% Away win

As we can see the Home teams are fevoured when the Moon is on 29th degree. I don't have stats regarding favourites team but only home team. It will be very difficult to set up manually the fav team on 6000 games.

I'm not so sure about that. In last night's games two away/underdog teams scored and two did not. In fact Watford beat odds-on faves, Swansea - not exactly an upset since both teams play in same division but an underdog win nonetheless. In that chart, Jupiter was furthest from Desc. It seems that Jupiter (L10) close conj Desc favours the Asc team, contrary to what we would expect.

Yes that was the only surprise last night but a surprise nevertheless. Watford appeared to be hopeless against Swansea at the weekend ( beaten 3-1). Faves won elsewhere with angular Uranus and L7 having no effect; the charts were radical after all.

Don't know what to make of tonight's charts

Tripple conjunctions are quite famous (ie. tripple conjunctions of Jupiter and Saturn), but then probably not too much thought has been given to tripple oppositions...

At the moment I feel as if we are stuck between two chairs, i.e Saturn was exactly opposite Uranus on Nov 4. Due to Saturn's retrograde passage the two will opposite each other again on Feb 5 2009. The last of the tripple oppositions will occur on Sept 15. 2009.

I guess I am trying to draw a line between mundane phenomena and football. There is some turmoil. The emphasis seems to be on the extraordinary, new thinking and going beyond strictures and rules. (?) Slightly off-topic, but it as if there is some disturbance or movement in the force at present.

I did loose money today! Interesting thing is that the underdogs got their way today more then yesterday. In Denmark, Copenhagen played draw to 2.div Lyngby, but scraped through on extra time. However, Horsens (SAS div. with Copenhagen.) had to submit to Nordvest (lower div). In Belgium, St.Liege (at top of 1st div Belgium and playing home) could not put in a decisive against Kortrijk after he first 90. In Holland the favourites Ajax lost in overtime against the underdogs Volendam.The Moon was exalted today. How come the favourites did better yesterday than today???
