Really do not know why that Moon;s aspect did not work. If there was not Moon;s aspect with L7 I would go for draw because of little difference in dignities and because of fact that Lord of Hour will change after 5min (Janis rule).
Also I am wonder if fact that Ju and Me are in mixed reception, exaltation/sign has "something" with draw result :???: .
We have now had four draws, usually when there have been indications for the underdogs, but they don't seem to have been strong enough.

Your point about LH changing, and the receptions could well be relevant, also the lack of radicallity. I think we are getting a good handle on the charts but are being defeated by draws. If we solve that we might get some good results :D

I am very busy with work commitments over the next few days, but if anyone would like to give some thought to the draws problem, your input would be most welcome. I hope to be able to make more detailed contributions after the end of this week.

Ok so after making the chart for the event the Asc is in Capricorn while the Dsc is in Cancer.... colour kit for the Asc team might be black/Saturn in Libra,black/white, could be Germany, and Jupiter/blue in Gemini/yellow,coud be Sweden who knows... what's your opinion about this?
For me it is too early, because if you use color method both Sa or Moon can indicate home or away sport kit color that is a lot of combinations, for example Moon in Sag could indicate red/white or blue/white sport kit color...

On previous occasions we have seen draws cluster under the influence of Saturn, or where there was an aspect between Saturn and the Sun, and this appeared to take priority ahead of other factors in the chart. I can't remember the thread but guess comments may be found in the football thread for January 2009 where the Sun in Capricorn was trine Saturn in Virgo. Outsiders seem more liable to get their way when the Sun is in a hard aspect with the outer planets Uranus and Pluto. I remember passing some comments on while the Moon shows the action and what is happening in general terms, the Sun lays the background scene. The comparison being the current trine between the Sun in Gemini and Saturn in Libra.

Germany Netherlands

Germany - Netherlands,
today 18:45 GMT Charkiv
AC conj. Pluto - exact.
Interesting: this is where the AC will be at the time of the end of the
match in Berlin - exact again.
How to interprete that? I think this is an advantage for Germany.

I can imagine that the time around 22.00 - 22.05 (mid-European time) might be decisive.
Germany-Netherlands - there have never been any draws so far. Might be this time, but I think it will be something like 2:1 for Germany (??).

The chart:

Germany - Netherlands, 20.45 (+3) Metalist Stadium
Odds: 2,40 3,35 3,00
Asc 8CP36 MC 12SC26 Moon 19AR19 POF 4CN46
Day Mercury, Hour Venus - radical by shared triplicity with Saturn

Yes, as Lunlumo pointed out, Pluto is sitting on the ascendant. I think it is correct to assign Netherlands to the Cancer desendant, although the Moon in Aries could be yet a fortitude for the Germans. With the chart being radical by triplicity, the draw cannot be outruled. Pluto should be the decider. The chart could be read as if the co-ruler of the 10th was on the ascendant.

Denmark - Portugal, 19.00 (+3) Arena Lviv
Odds: 4,70 3,50 1,82
Asc 24SC47 MC 15VI13 Moon 17AR57 POF 19VI42
Day Mercury, Hour Jupiter - not radical

Moon is in Aries, sympathetic with Denmark. Mars, L1, is conjunct POF in Virgo, which is opposite Pisces - the natural sign of Portugal. The chart isn't radical. I don't know whether this will make sense, but I like to think that the Danish underdogs stand a chance of creating new excitement.

Holland vs Germany Pluto in House 1

doesn't it mean that the Asc team will loose because of the planet Pluto from H1 ? or maybe it will be a draw because of the triplicity...

in the match between Denmark vs Portugal I consider that Denmark has something to say here due to the fact that Mars conjuncts POF which favours the team that plays in red and that is Hamlet's country :>...NN is in H1 olso favours the Asc team!!!

Germany and Denmark might qulify for the quarter finals but this will be decided in the last match of the group periode;

Hi jchart! Welcome!! Yes, the last matches in the group are going to be very exciting. If Netherlands beat Portugal and Germany beat Denmark, then it will be a close race as to who joins Germany in advancing from the group. Germany don't need to win and are through with a draw (and may/should advance even if they loose) and this could prove an advantage to the Danish. The Germans may choose to save their best players, but can't afford to make a muck-up of things. Netherlands being desperate to win with several goals agains Portugal may help Denmark. The last matches in the group are played at the same time, but in different locations.
When we know who has advanced from the group, it might be interesting to look over the initial charts again. Did the team that won during a radical chart advance, and when the chart was non-radical where did matters end?

interesting after seeing that Holland will be eliminated !!!

I think that the rusians are strong enough to reach the final,Germany is pragmatic like always so it's time for Germany to be crowned champions this year... so the final might be Germany vs Rusia or a team that wears blue and white... Croatia is not ready to win the Cup, so maybe France has some chance but they have played one game so far so we need to see how they do as a team under Rolland Blanc...
