There were comments there regarding POF;
JF notes the same things that we do - that the Winning Part, whether by Day or Night, is calculated by ASC+Moon-Sun. But this does not take into consideration points I have tried to stress at the forum earlier - that calculations should be reversed by night. Not because JF is wrong, but because things should be given the right name.

The Sun rules by day and Moon rules by night - so in the nocturnal chart, POS is the winning Part. Spirit is more powerful by night, while Fortune or Matter, is more powerful by day. It can be compared with the change in who rules the triplicity. There is a qualitative diffence indicated by who holds office at the time.

To put in another way, the most luminous object above the horizon during day is called the Sun and the most luminous object above the horizon during night is called the Moon. I may refer to either of the luminaries as 'the Light', and that Light is most powerful at that time and shows me where I am, but I do not call the Moon 'Sun' just because it seems to serve that purpose.

From the point of wanting to calculate a Winning part, there is as JF says, no reason to change the calculation - but I am not quite sure why I should use the wrong name. I am sure it due to practical reasons, rather than to suggest being lazy.

Seems I remember the game where Ruler of DSC in opposition POF. I'll try it in my archive.

The chart is obviously not radical but we can see Mercury is very important in this chart as he is both the Lord of Day and the Lord of Hour, and is the dispositor of POF. I haven't got time to search my file right now but it may be pointless as we'd have to first agree as to who gets the AC.

For the testimonies involving POF, conjunciton and oppostion are supposed to be the strongest. Fresh in my memory are the following two matches where they didn't work:
*28/3 Doncaster/N Forrest, 19:45(odds:2.20;3.25;2.75) 1-0
L7 opp POF (supposed to favour underdogs)

*30/3 Liverpool/Everton, 16:00, (odss:1.66,3.25,4.50) 1-0
Moon opp anti-POF and Moon conjunct L7 (strong testimonies for underdogs)

My point is that even 'strongest testimonies' involving POF can fail to work and they may favour either side, depending on various other factors. In other words they may have to be treated with caution.

I think Zenith will win.
L1 is right on MC in angular house, while L7 is in cadent house and rx. Moon is fast, Sa rx also, but it is not "normal" for Sa, so Moon is in better position.
Accidental dignities for Moon=14 for Sa rx=1.
