Although chart isn't radical, hour ruler Moon is L7. L1 square POF (1?) is probably a negative for Sudan (squares not being terribly reliable). L1 trine Asc is very close but separating and not quite partile (according to Solar Fire co-ords). On balance I'd say a draw looks possible but I slightly favour Ghana to win.

Tunisia/Nigeria
I can see nothing for either side, so I agree with Andrew - a draw!

I've gone for a quadruple bet for Sunday. Egypt beating USA, Brazil beating Italy. In Norway - Molde beating Fredrikstad and Kongsvinger beating Skeid. The Norwegian charts do not have individual starting times, but the astrology looks OK. When it comes to games without individual times - it is as if the Gods have had enough. You need a change of the ascendant, location or planetary hour to get a fresh start. It's like the planets turning around and saying "I have a full schedule and have got no time for that!"
