Just a few more words on the final result in Group A:

1 Czech_: Goal difference 4-5 Points 6
2 Greece: Goal difference 3-3 Points 4
3 Russia: Goal difference 5-3 Points 4
4 Poland: Goal difference 2-3 Points 2

This was the first time in history the group winner had a negative goal difference. Greece also had a poorer goal difference than Russia, and was in that sense number 3 in the group but advanced due to beating Russia in the match between those two teams.

What a way to go! :o

Denmark vs Germany
Denmark has red/white sport kit so I assign Sa to them. Moon is ruler of 7 house. J. Frawley (Sports Astrology, page 87) says: "If Moon is Lord 1 or Lord 7, keep Moon as the flow of events; use Moon's dispositor as ruler of that house." Moon's dispositor is Me. Acc dig Me=17 Sa rx=0 Difference is great so this is testimony for DSC team, Germany win. Next we look to see if Moon has some applying aspects (within 5 degrees) with rulers of 1st or 7th house or some aspect with POF. Moon's aspect with POF(day formula) or APOF is FINAL! Here, we have Moon opose POF, strong testimony that DSC team will win. So, Germany will be winner tonight if using Moon;s dispositor is right method. But if we use Moon as ruler of 7th fact that it is in conjunction with SN could mean Germany will lose.

According to the odds/favourite, is expected to win and doesn't prove anything (their game has been remarkable), but Denmark winning is more interesting. The Germans do not have to win, so in one sense the contest is invalidated - but I expect they will want to show their colours and secure the group victory.

In the Portugal - Netherlands game, POF is square the infortune Mars and in a pretty tight sextile to the infortune Saturn, too. Something here should bear importance for the outfall of the game. The infortunes generally represents the underdogs as the fortunes and lights lean toward the favourites. The game is open according to odds with no openright favourite, but Netherlands have further to go if they want to qualify for the quarter finals.

Frawley was right regarding Moon's dispositor. Germany won 2:1.

On Saturday we had two matches with the same starting times and almost identical charts. Both ended 1-0 for the underdogs.

On Sunday we had two matches with the same starting times, although the distance between them changes LH, but not much else. Again we had the same result in each: a 1-1 draw at half-time and a 2-1 win for the favourite.

This must tell us something, although I'm not sure what :???:

I have not had time to analyse the Saturday and Sunday charts in detail yet, but they might help us determine what is important and what is not in determining the result.

On Monday we have two more matches with the same start times and similar locations, and on Tuesday two more again the same. This might be one of the best opportunities we get to find out what's going on.

On Saturday it was the underdogs that won, on Sunday the faves.
Since, as Andrew pointed out, Moon opp POF has been in the air for sometime now, I wonder if it an additional explanation could have been L1: detr Jup in Saturday case, exalt Sat on Sunday.

But, on the other hand, maybe Saturday's matches were the exception: Moon was opp POF, but also conj Algol..

Monday's final round in Group C:

:!: Goca points out that the longitude of Munipicial Stadium was incorrect. I have amended the mistake, replace the chart - but the chart details follow further down below.

Croatia - Spain, 20:45 CEST (+2), PGA Arena
Odds: 10,00 3,45 1,52
Asc 21SG31 MC 29LI21 Moon 18GE32 POF 11SG59
Day Moon, Hour Sun - radical by triplicity, Sun rules fire triplicity by day

Chart for Italy - Ireland
Image
Croatia and Spain play in the Hour of the Sun, who rules the ascendant by triplicity. This could be a more straight forward indiction of a draw, but Spain hardly want to get themselves in trouble.

This evening the verdict falls, whether Croatia benefit from the preceeding syzygy and whether Italy suffer under the influence of the eclipse. Italy need to win advance, Croatia can manage with a draw (2-2) and Spain will also advance with a draw. The group winner has the advantage of avoiding Germany.

The Part of Fortune in the Italy - Ireland game is on the ascendant of the game Croatia - Spain. Does this mean the games depend on one another?

Thank you, Goca! It is tragic how the person who tries to provide the most resources is vulnerable to the most mistakes. I will speak to him as soon as I see him!! :-sk

This is what I've done: It seems silly to delete the previous post, but silly to let the incorrect chart stand. I thought there was too wide a difference at the charts at the time, but not being a local I thought "Well, that could happen in Norway", so I didn't check. I will post a comment on the previous post that the chart has been replaced and here are the new details:

Italy - Ireland, 20.45 CEST (+2) Municipal Stadium
Odds: 1,37 4,80 9,00
Asc 22SG20 MC 27LI28 Moon 18GE32 POF 12SG56
Day Moon, Hour Sun - radical by triplicity

I notice that the LHr is in the same sign as Jupiter, L1, and Venus, L10, so the favourite gets it?

This could well give it to the favourites, and they are both strong favourites tonight. However, there is one clear difference from Sunday. Tonight the Sun (which is LH) has not set at the start of the game, it is in H7. This might help the underdogs, not to a win but possibly a draw. :?
We also have to consider radical by triplicity. Given the low odds on the favourites, I think a modest bet on the draw in each game might be worthwhile.
