I'm just getting over the flu and my brain is on a low setting at the moment, but I'm not feeling like giving the victory to Newcastle - remember I'm using a different approach. The chart just looks weak and 'so, so' with nothing great happening around the angles. So I'm judging this as a poor match all-round and a dissapointment for the home team.

I've just started looking at team charts and notice that Moon in match chart is partile trine Newcastle's Mars. This sounds good but I'd be interested to hear Dan's views since he's had more experience with this method.

I thought the chart looked rather 'nothingy' too. Hour ruler is Mercury so chart is radical (favouring the faves) but there again, Mercury is also Asc ruler Does anyone have any previous examples of this situation?

Deb, I have just the recipe to banish this feeling of "bla":

Glass of hot water
2 tablespoons of honey (or more if you like)
pinch or 2 ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix well and drink it while its hot. Repeat as often as you like. Adjust ingredients to suit, but don't leave out the cinnamon - it's magic.

Now that should put lead into your pencil!

Everyone seems ill and I'm that busy at present to not do the charts justice.

Ficina, regarding your query

I've got 4 charts with Virgo rising and Mercury as the hour ruler, 2 with Moon as hour ruler and cancer rising, 4 with the sun, 2 with Libra rising and Venus as the hour ruler, 3 charts with scorpio ascending and mars as LOH and two euro 2008 games with jupiter.

I don't have all the results but it seems to favourite or draw sometimes!

The Moon is at 16 Cancer. In my database for Newcastle home games there is only one games with this Moon position and it was a Win against Everton in 1997.

But from the Moon in Cancer stat for Newcastle home games we have : 14% Draw, 36% Win and 50% Lose.

So...Moon in Cancer is not very good for Newcastle.

I've just educated myself a bit about Newcastle this season, - blimey - they seem to be having a really crappy time...

So it doesn't seem that any kind of moon is good for them, presently...
